My husband and I had been watching the commercial for adjustable beds before and during the Memorial Day weekend, however we knew we wanted the split beds but were unsure as to what would suit us best. After the commercial aired, I did a Google search and it stated that Mattress Specialists was a qualified dealer. I did my homework, and read all the Yelp reviews. And it brought us to them. I will state that most reviews were not so positive with Christians Mattress and the one by Target in Paso Robles. Stating bad reviews about the sales people. Nevertheless, we made this our first stop!! And we were not disappointed. Richard, the owner, immediately welcomed us and did not try to sell us any bed other than what we came in to look for; he directed us to the bed we were interested in and allowed us to experience its comfort. After a short time we had all our questions answered and our next step was financing, (which was so easy and painless). Our new bed was delivered on 6-9-2018; Richard delivered it himself with his employee. No problems, no issues, and no questions!!! WE LOVE OUR NEW BED. My husband has his side firm and mine is more soft. Regardless, it's perfect. Richard does follow through from the point that you enter the store until you are satisfied with your bed in your home. He is amazing!! So I will recommend his store to anyone looking to buy a new bed. I will be looking for a mattress in the future for myself. This business was so incredibly helpful to us when I moved my mom from AZ. I purchase her mattress over the phone before leaving AZ, they delivered and set it up before we arrived in Paso; then, Mom decided she wanted a larger mattress once we got here. MS picked up the bed delivered earlier and set up the new one for her. All of this was done with a professional effort, good customer service, and most important, delivery of an amazing bed!!! They are a sham!! Purchased a very expensive mattress in June 2020. They said the mattress was guaranteed for 30 days with full replacement. We contacted them within the 30 days because the mattress was breaking down already. They came out and measured the breakdown and told us it had be 1-1/2" breakdown and it was only 1". Really!! 30 days and 1" breakdown already. They did nothing. My husband contacted them today and they are refusing to stand behind their product and even though we contacted them within the 30 days they will not replace the broken down mattress. read more
