To be honest I made a mistake by buying a headboard online on Amazon and that bed was way too low and did not have a tall headboard. So I entered America's mattress to see what other options were and they had two beds to choose from that had the height of the mattress and the height of the headboard. While my kids were getting inpatient he was super nice and patient and even pulled out some toys for them. I recently purchased a new bed frame with wheels for a mattress I purchased from Christians a few…read moremonths ago. I purchased the frame because the mattress weighs about 200 lbs and is too heavy for me to rotate on my own and figured that getting a frame with wheels might help with the rotation. Well, four days later, the locks don't release on the wheels and I cannot move the bed at all. I contacted the Christians Mattress shop that I bought the frame from. They didn't really have any solution as to how to release the locks on the wheels and wanted to charge me $100 for a service call to come out just to get the locks released. The cost of the frame was already over-priced and now they want another $100 to do as little as they can get away with to fix a problem. I'm sorry, but this frame is only 4 days in use and these jerks are trying to milk a customer for more money just to fix a problem that shouldn't cost anything. The frame should still be under some kind of warranty, but obviously the people at Christians Mattress don't give a shit. They'd rather make money than help a customer. I'll never buy anything Christians Mattress again. They have lost a customer!!!
