I've been using the grocery pick up at the Ware store since before Covid and I don't think I could grocery shop in a store ever again. I've been spoiled! I've been coming so much that now they know me, and what I like. For example, I like my eggs and bread upfront with me and not in the back. I also go into the store to browse and pick up other items that aren't available with pick up. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. The produce selection is always good and has great prices.

This is the house we are going to be in for the next 20+ years. So getting a quality sofa is really important to us. We were impressed by Donna the sales person in their Acton store. She really made the sale happen. Her comments on commitment to quality were what sold us. Of course this was a purchase in November and we really wanted the sofa before Christmas because we had relatives coming. It would have also made our holiday. We were within their standard delivery times, but being the holidays they rushed the order. Mental note, never have a furniture company rush your order. They need to take the time to get the order right. Of course with the rush we had some issues with the order. The cushions were the wrong cushion types. We got the ones with the lifetime warranty. They sent us the down cushions. On top of that one of the cushions was not stitched properly along the zipper and the fabric was fraying. Of course we complained. For the amount of money we were paying, we expected to not have these mistakes. After some back and forth discussions Circle Furniture agreed to completely replace the sofa. Their condition was that they wanted the time to ensure that the order was correct. After 6 additional weeks+ we have our new sofa. Wow! Do we love it. It is our new favorite piece of furniture. Thank you Circle Furniture! The standing by your customer service is exactly what makes you our favorite. We will be back and buy more furniture from you.

Needed a desk for my office and in my mind I knew what I wanted but really didn't. Friend recommended this place so while on vacation I popped in for a look. The store associates were very helpful in directing me to what I ultimately purchased which was one of those stand up / sit down desks. Ken was my helper and I am sure he too would say I was very easy to work with. My only criticism comes on the delivery side of the business. I'm not fitting this large desk in my car so I chose to pay the $50 to have it delivered. The delivery took place a few days later and unfortunately it was the day where we had this lovely early spring blessing of snow. I would have liked to have seen the desk wrapped in a blanket for protection from not only the weather but the hand truck and large rocks on my walk path as well. Desk was placed down in the wet, snow covered grass to be plugged in to lower the table size as it was extended when brought over. I was aware enough once brought into the house to clean the bottoms off before placed on the hardwood floors. The two gentlemen were not the brightest bulbs in the box but I did thank them for the delivery and gave them some water. Overall happy with my purchase and long overdue. I would recommend coming here before going to your big box stores like a staples.

The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. (Lynyrd Skynyrd) After we had our hardwood floors and steps sanded and refinished, we decided to pretty up those steps with a carpet runner, which explains why we visited Galaxy Discount Carpet Store today. That decision ended up being a FIVE STAR experience. Their two floor showroom is just incredible! Sample boards, rolls stacked on the floor in rows, area rugs hanging from the ceiling, gorgeous stuff everywhere. We met with Charlie and explained to him what we were looking for. He said that staircase runners can either be pre-manufactured in big rolls, or custom cut from carpeting meant for rooms. We knew we wanted a runner in some shade of gray to complement our wall color, and decided on a carpet runner to be cut from a big grayish roll and then finished with black binding along the edges, to complement the black stair rail and contrast with the white stair risers. It was installed 72 hours later, and that was pretty amazing in it's own right. Communication with Galaxy was great. Charlie was a dream to work with, the installers called us the day before install to confirm the date and time window, and the van with two workers arrived as scheduled mid-afternoon and did a neat professional job on the install. Charlie's price was $140 less than one we had from a flooring company out in our neck of the woods, and the carpet quality was better at Galaxy. Everything went well, and the stairs look great!
