Store was not open at 11 AM on Friday Jan 10. Was supposed to open at 10. Also mattress was not in stock but we were notified it was in. Store was supposed to call me not my mother. All in all terrible communications and service. Extremely disappointed. Should have got the purple mattress at the purple outlet in SLC. Not knowing how little we knew about choosing a mattress, Cameron was so helpful. He explained the differences in firmness and pressure points. He never at any point seemed like he was trying to push us into buying. But he made sure we knew all the deals and what exactly he thought would be most beneficial for us. We had the best experience at Mattress Firm in Spanish Fork Utah. We were helped by Julie Walker and she was phenomenal! We already knew we wanted a firm mattress but she took the time in showing is all the different characteristics of each firm mattress. We also were interested in doing an adjustable base but had to stay within a budget. She was able to work with us on the mattress so we could do the base and the mattress we wanted within our budget. She also threw in some nice pillows and a mattress protector and they delivered THAT NIGHT!! Can't wait to sleep on our new mattress tonight!
