Easy to lease and very clean and professional. Bill was great to work with. Our unit is climate controlled and that is what we need.

I had a great conversation with Bill earlier this week, and was excited to use Extra Space Storage. I called back today, just to ensure we would be able to access the storage unit, if I paid today (on a Sunday), and the representative ensured me that I would be able to get in. This was one of the main things that drew us to this property, which was the ease of access. I didn't want to load up all of our stuff today, if we wouldn't be able to get in. So after ensuring we would be able to get in, I paid for the unit. My husband headed over after loading up a truck (which we had to borrow), and when he got there, he was not able to gain access to our unit (as promised). I called the emergency lockout line, and the woman who answered was so rude and impatient, she had not sympathy, and spoke to me as if I were dumb. She told me that my drivers license address, and the address that I listed didn't match, and that I wouldn't be able to gain access to the unit at all today. She spoke to me as if I should have known that if I put our new address on the reservation (which WHY would I put the address of the place we're moving out of), then it wouldn't go through the automated system. She was unhelpful, unkind, and was short/snappy the entire call. read more

They were super friendly and very accommodating! They listened to what we needed and made it happen. With our move and all the difficulties involved this was a much needed breath of fresh air to have them help us out with our needs. read more

I don't write reviews. But I am so grateful for the customer service I have received from the Pleasant Grove location, especially with Bill. He has been nothing but helpful in the last however long I've been there. Whenever he calls me to let me know that I missed a payment which has been a few or I have a payment coming up I always feel taken care of. This man deserves a raise; I probably would have left long ago with how expensive it's gotten but I really do love the service I've received. read more

I've only had the service for less than a week but Bill, who is the manager is very nice and easy to work with. He is a real people person. The place is secure but the only thing so far I would do is add a little more light at night outside the front entrance area. I got a great web price for the first three months and hopefully we will be close to that price after the three months. read more

my husband and I just moved in with my laws and this storage unit has seriously saved our life's! it is so close to where we live and has the perfect amount of space for our things. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. For one reason. They are a bait n switch company. Rates raised by $80 after 4 months. Who wants to move storage units... no one does: so they know they have you. But not me... I'll move out of principle. WARNING!!!! Don't move your stuff in. read more

Everyone was very friendly and the facility seems really nice. There was an older gentleman that told us how great the place was as he unloaded his car. I was impressed. The loss of the star has nothing to do with the facility, but how supply and demand changes prices. I could have gotten the same unit for much cheaper in a different city at Extra Space, that being said, they had the cheapest prices I could find at the time! read more

Facility is good but they do raise the rent every few months until they are priced higher than the competition. Irritating.

I've never rented a storage unit and was a little intimidated at first. I'm so glad I chose Extra Space Storage because they have a very knowledgeable staff, the lowest prices and a very clean and secure facility. Jonathan, the manager, is so friendly and helpful! He was the reason I chose this place over any other. He set up a meeting for me to check out the storage space. When my husband and I arrived Jonathan showed us the grounds and the specific storage unit we would be renting. He was able to answer all of our questions and even showed us a larger storage unit. He was very professional and kind, we never felt pressured. My main concern was to have a climate controlled storage unit that was secure. After researching several storage facilities in PG I found that this place had the lower prices and best value. They offer a free move-in truck (all day use, but you have to pay for the gas you use) and they have seasonal specials. They are currently advertising a free first month or half off your first month depending on the unit. Seriously this place is 5 stars all around. From the first phone call I made, Extra Space Self Storage made the entire process effortless and straight forward. They did require me to have insurance, that was the only thing I didn't like. However, my items weren't of major value and I didn't plan on storing them for a long period of time. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Unsure about storage units in Utah County, we began online. After calling the 1-800 number We ended up reserving a unit without the commitment to rent. Jonathan quickly called and we had an appointment set up for that afternoon. He was amazing to work with. He showed us the security measures they take and we promptly signed an agreement with the first month free with a great monthly rate should we need it longer. Unit is very clean. read more

Great place to feel secure about leaving your belonging! It's super clean, well taken care of, great customer service! It felt like a high end storage unit facility! Great service and facility. I've used different storage facilities in multiple states over the last 15 years and this is by far the best experience I've had. Jonathan is an extremely courteous and developed professional. He responded right away to my inquiry and was great at following up to make sure our appointment time was convenient for me.
