I was concerned that I would be spending a lot of money and, at first, I was unsure if I would get what I wanted. Erica is a true professional in every sense of the word. She was fun, efficient, and really knew her products. Most important, she made the process of trying out so many mattresses to be less intimidating and she really listened to what we needed and wanted. Erica has a great personality! Went to buy a mattress for the master bedroom. There are so many choices, soft, hard, pillow top. Then Mr. Charles Carter took us step by step and went over every question and concern we had. I never felt pressured as he answered every question we had. I have had the mattress for sometime now and it is all because of him we now sleep like babies. My husband and I went to buy a bed set and also a head board and foot board today and our salesman Jeff Alenski was very good. Not only was he knowledgeable about the inventory of the store but he saved us $500 and that goes a long way. He was polite and nice. Not something you find in a lot of stores these days. We had gone to Raymore and Flanagan prior and we found that the quality and price was a huge difference between stores. And Jeff did not try to sell us something we didn't want. just wanted to write a review for a employee who went above and beyond. My wife and I went to Sleepy's and sat with Jeffery alenski ( not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly). We needed to buy a new bed for ourselves and also for two of our children. He was very helpful. And very patient with our kids who wanted to try out laying on every bed in the store. After purchasing two mattresses for a day bed we realized that they were too tall for our needs, the next day we returned to the store and spoke with the store manager Charlie who originally sold the items to us. He was so kind and helpful with fixing our problem an he didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. This was definitely the best customer service experience I have ever had. Bought a mattress set today with my mom and the sales person was the most unaggressive person to ever sell me a mattress at a sleepys and it was my fourth purchase in 10 years. Her name is Jeannine. Ask for her. I literally walked out of that sleepys once before and went to another because the guy was unbelievably pushy.
