The order was submitted incorrectly, and I did not receive part of my order. I called in another order the next day and wanted it to be applied to my previous order. I was assured the additional would be added. Afterall, it was the salesman's (Kevin) mistake. Months go by and I setup a bill-pay to just make a monthly balance that would be paid off before the promotional expiration date. One day, I decided to check to see where my balance was. Apparently, they had been charging me interested the majority of the time. I only received one bill, but somehow I had 2 accounts (because the next day call-in was not integrated with the original order). The store is closed today, but I called the credit company (Synchrony). They informed me of how all of this was setup, but what my statement says does not reflect what the credit company was charging me. I have setup a final payoff, closed my account, and will never do business with Mattress Warehouse (or Synchrony) ever again.

My husband and I drove by this store says their stuff was on sale. We decided to stopped by and take a look. We were looking for couches for our living room. A Russian lady was the salesperson at the time. Everything in the store I touch or looked at, she has everything in her own apartment even she mentioned she only have a small studio apartment. I don't know how she has more than 1or 2 couches in her apt. We agreed to buy a sofa and loveseat until the very end. I saw that she took the tag off the sofa we were getting so, I asked her if the item I'm getting will be the floor model. She said "yes, there's nothing wrong with that" my husband asked what if somebody has any kind of skin decease or germs and she replied us said "you can just go buy a spray and spray on the sofa, it will be fine" So we told her if it's the floor model. We don't want it but we are willing to wait for the new one to ship and delivery to our place even she said she will give me free delivery instead of charging me $50 extra. We told her that we want to get the new one and pay for delivery so, she said and wrote on my receipts that it will take 2-7 weeks they will contact me when they get it. 6 weeks passed by I still hear nothing so, I called them and another old guy was there instead. He said they have it wrapped in the stock. I finally get them delivery to my house and it ends as the floor model I received. It has the same spot ripping area by the edge of the sofa. I'm not shopping here ever again!

I should have read the previous comment…read more.. We purchased full size bed with chest on 5/17/2016th. Selection was made from catalog because the seller doesn't carry items as such in the store. At all times we were dealing with person named Igor. I believe he is the owner of this business. Both items were delivered on June 13th, 2016. We signed off on delivery. But the same day, after dusting furniture a defect on the footboard wad discovered. We contacted Igor right after (on the same day) via phone call and text (with sending picture) and expressed the issue. Igor stated that items would be picked up in a week or so. The pick up team arrived and collected entire bed and left. I spoke with Alexey (one of the people who were picking up the furniture) and asked him why is he picking up entire bed instead of just the footboard as only the footboard wad defective. To which he said not to worry and they would have entire bed swapped out to the new one. Second delivery was on July 18th. The delivery team assembled the furniture and literary ran away from the house not giving us chance to inspect the furniture. The delivered bed was even more damaged that it was originally. It had new scratches and chips that were painted over (an obvious attempt to hide the damage made by them). Even the headboard now have black mark/line across. We called Igor on the same day and Igor stated that there is nothing else he can do. He also acknowledged that he sent furniture to repair not to replace (as it was stated by Alexey during the pick up) I called Igor again today to see if we could resolve the situation but he was very emotional and ended up cursing and yelling at me. He hang up. How un-professional. Now Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division and then Small Claims Court... If you want to save the headache for yourself, simply don't buy from this place.

What first started as a pleasant experience was one of a misleading sale. Got a bed for mom who is…read morehaving back issues. Greg, a rep there did their sales pitch and convinced us to get a bed, with a 100 night guarantee to try it or return it. Then it was sign a few things, WITHOUT clearly explaining why all the needed signatures, despite asking multiple times what certain lines meant. "No worries" was Greg's thing. And nowhere in the paperwork was "bed" defined, despite Greg describing the "bed" can be returned. Well now around night 40, we decided the bed isn't working for mom, and the $6k investment wasn't working. So we call to return the bed. Agent tells us the mattress can come back but the frame that's $2k can't be returned. That's not what was explained to us, after repeatedly asking before pulling the trigger to buy the "bed" in the first place. If you decide to still get a bed here, DOCUMENT every thing said and shared with you, for they will pull a fast one on you if you aren't satisfied with their product.
