I can't begin to tell you how grateful I'm for the manager Gary at this location: I won't go into specifics how a big box store that maybe rhymes with Stacy had arrived to deliver an order for a box spring wrong twice. Called this location on a Saturday morning almost in tears for still after months of waiting not having a bed for our daughter and not only was Gary able to find the item we needed in his warehouse he made sure we got it today on Mother's Day. Amazing customer service and I will be returning to this location for all future mattress purchases. Thank you again Gary and delivery team!!! read more

We came here looking for a new bed for our apartment. We were greeted by Hovalis who was a fantastic salesman. He really knew his product and was transparent about what he thought we would like and not like about each mattress we looked at. Eventually, we found a mattress set that we liked but we needed to make sure that it worked for us. When I came back to the store, I had missed the sale that was provided last time my fiancé and I went. However, Marina was willing to work with me and together we negotiated a fantastic price that I could not refuse. She provided me with her number and made sure the delivery went off without a hitch. Excellent customer service from Hovalis and Marina, I will definitely be doing business here from now on for my mattress related needs! read more

I worked with Alyson and she recommended me the beautyrest pressuresmart. The bed is extremely comfortable and I'm enjoying it!!! Thanks Alyson!!! read more

Clean showroom with large selection. I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest and am very happy with my shopping experience. Matthew Klein was very knowledgeable and kind. He showed me all the different options and explained the features and benefits of each mattress. Also, it was very convenient that Matthew stayed on duty long enough for us to complete the transaction. Whenever I buy any big ticket item, I like it when the salesperson is real and genuine- and Matthew was my kind of professional. I also require an efficient visit and I was in and out of the store in 35 minutes. Thank you Matthew and thank you Sleepy's! read more

Mattress Firm Monroe - No more sleepless nights!!!!! - Mattresses Near Me - Monroe, New York

I don't know why I'm even giving this retail chain one star but I have had a slightly better experience in Manhattan - not so here in Monroe. I needed a extra-long twin mattress protector for my son going off to college - a dorm requirement. they didn't have one but said it would get to me in two days so I paid them $50.00 and then waited and waited until I had forgotten all about it - until I had to drive my son all the way to Georgia to check in for school. We were able to purchase one easily at a Bed Bath & Beyond in Savannah. When I got back to Monroe, still no delivery and by then it had been about 3 weeks. I went into the store and got the bum's rush. I was told the product had shipped and arrived - it was "closed." I explained that I never got the protector and that's why I was there - for a refund. He disputed my claim, pointing to his screen and saying, "Yep, it's closed. Looks like you got it." We argued a bit and then, I guess because he knew I wasn't going to roll over ... he relented and with a heavy sigh and clucking tongue he begrudgingly started to fill out the online form for a return. In fact, the guy told me he would send me an email right away to verify my refund. The email never came and that's my fault - I forgot that I never gave them my email - a practice I started a while back and I recommend it - you get less SPAM if you stop giving it out. But funny enough, the very next day (yesterday) the mattress protector arrived! Coincidence? I think not. It never shipped - someone didn't do their job and they were trying to make it look like it had been stolen from my porch or something. I went in to the store again (my third time) and was determined to get the refund or stay there until closing. The clerk acted like one of those burned out postal clerks - like the one's in Monroe ... they couldn't care less about you, the customer. This pompous jerk called his "DM" and spoke in easily deciphered code - obviously he and his District Manager thought I was being a demanding asshole and a jerk. All I wanted was a refund. I got it - but will never ever shop in that place again. If you need to buy a mattress just go into any mattress store - Sleepy's if you must. Write down the make and model number - then go home and call 800 MATTRESS and they will sell you the very same mattress for a fraction of the cost. It's the best deal in town - how everyone in NYC buys their mattresses. SLEEPY'S is ONE BIG RIP OFF in price and customer service. They totally suck. read more

3 years ago I bought a mattress set that I was very happy with at the beginning. fast forward and the mattress started sagging. I contacted sleepy's and they got me in touch with mattress marshals. After sending in the pictures they asked for they decided to replace the box spring because it was clearly broken but not the mattress even though I explained that the mattress is broken as well because it can't be rotated. If I rotated it it slides away from the wall. They are claiming not enough sag. My husband called them and they reversed their decision. We were shown 5 different sets within our original purchase price and we are getting next day delivery. read more

My husband and I spent an hour and a half at Sleepy's in Monroe yesterday and had a really terrific experience. Actually we went there to start pricing mattresses and really didn't expect to buy something so early in our explorations. But Mathew was so helpful and patient while we listened to him explain the in's and out's of a wide variety of mattresses and while we laid down on many of them. He also gave us a great price! All in all a wonderful experience. I would recommend Mathew and Sleepy's to friends and family. Thank you, Mathew!!! read more

Mr. & Mrs. Montalvo visited this location on Sunday November 20th, 2016 and were given one of the best services by Mr. Mathew Klein (sales professional). Mr. Klein took the time with us to demonstrate the different types of mattresses and Tempur pedic available that best met our needs. It Mr. Klein provided one of the best experiences making us realize how important it is to get the right mattress as an investment to our rest. He took his time but did not waste one minutes in giving us the choices to pick from the many selections on the floor models. He made sure we laid down in many selections of mattress with the proper pillows to help us make the best decision for our comfort. We were very impressed by his knowledge in the products, he came across very honest and straight to the point without wasting our time. He helped us understand the huge savings he was providing for the product we selected, honestly myself and my wife felt he had his best interest in our satisfaction. We finally made the purchase walking out of this sleepys store location very satisfied. Thank you sleepy for having such great sales professional and Thank you Mr. Klein. read more
