So that's what I did. I went home and husband and I decided to place order so I then went to the website to get sku number for the one I wanted and came to learn the extended version (so I thought) the one with 2 chaise and armless seat in middle was only $100 ish more so I decided to do that one instead of the smaller one since it was little to upgrade and I even clarified over the phone with sales guy it's the right one and it was, well I then dug deeper to get measurements just to see how we would put it in our home and my husband said these measurements do not match the picture at all. So I came back into the store and the representative called owner and then the owner said no we can't do anything but upgrade for $200 off and I am very frustrated because it was not a price deal for me it was being misrepresented and then the company asking for more money from me. My family and I need furniture so we just went with smaller couch so we can get it in quickly as I am pregnant. Very happy with Tristan service very disappointed that the owner is so money hungry. They should have made it right and matched what I paid and gave me the product that was represented especially because I was in store customer advised to go to website to get sku and I paid in full. There are some good ones and there are some poor ones. Timeless Treasures is on the above average side of the fence. To be perfectly honest, there is SOOO much stuff in this shop that it can be overwhelming to browse. For me, it was that and I got a wee bit discombobulated by the sheer amount of product that they have. Now ... that's not to say that it isn't worth going to or isn't worth searching around; it's just that there is a lot to look through. Unfortunately, it is not very well organized and is extremely cluttered. When I have more time to look around and see what I can see, I will come back and take my time going through the aisles and shelves and tables. One display, up front, that I was particularly interested in (and I have a picture included to show part of it) was the baseball card collection and binder! Growing up, I collected hundreds of baseball cards and loved looking through them and memorizing the stats of my favorite players.
