If you have ever been to Centralia (and particularly downtown), you very well know that there are a number of antique store to visit. Some are worth it ... some are not. I have to say without question, that the Centralia Square Antique store is in the former category --- it is worth it! The owners/employees are friendly and easy to talk to. When it comes to antique stores, this place has to be one of the most organized, tidy, and well-kept shops I have ever been to! Each section of the monstrously large store is clean and easy to look at. There is virtually no clutter and the items for sale are in good quality. One of my favorite things about it, is that there is a huge amount of variety throughout the store. Everything from furniture, to toys, to jewelry, artwork, music/records, comics, décor ... you name and they probably got it. The only thing that's keeping me from giving it that fifth star are the prices. While the majority of items for sale are of good quality, the prices are a wee bit steep for an antique/used items store - not the bargain that you'd like to find. Still, all things considered, I would recommend stopping in and take a look. I have been there a number of times and will continue coming back, looking for that diamond in the rough and unique and timeless treasure! read more

Larger than normal antique mall in a cool old building. Worth a stop just to see the old theatre at the top of the stairs that is full of old furniture. Most itms were very overpriced and this is not a bargain hunters dream by any means. read more

Large antique center housed in a massive corner building just off the central park square with well over a hundred booths/vendors. Many, although it appeared as if most, specialized in glassware, so my interest in the center was somewhat diminished. With the advent of eBay and online price comparisons, I did not find prices to be particularly competitive at this antique center and quite unique finds were few and far between. "Antique" was a bit of a stretch in describing most of the items here, as many items seemed to be from the 30's to the 60's or so. read more

A maze of 4x6 stalls constituency this fun diversion for lovers of old dishes and knickknacks. Sales are all done at the front desk, so I suspect there's limited haggling allowed. Not being into dishes, there's not a great deal else to hold my interest so I was in and out in 15 minutes. read more

In downtown Centralia, there's a high density of little antique shops. The Centralia Square Antique Mall is special. There are three floors of antiques, including the topmost floor crowded with real wood antique furniture. It gets mighty chilly up there, as I don't think they heat it. The basement level is jam-packed with over 100 vendors and their very eccentric collections. The middle level houses a cafe I've never gone into, and a more clean, open floor plan for the antiques, which makes for a more comfortable shopping experience. I have never come here & not found a special treasure. The staff is helpful but not overbearing, the shopping seems to go on forever, and the vintage Pyrex selection is pretty thrilling - there is a lot of pyrex, and even if they aren't the most rare designs, the quantity is exciting. The prices vary a lot, as they always do with antiques. Some items are very fairly-priced bargains, some are priced to sit forever. I haven't tried negotiating with the vendors on prices, so I don't know how flexible they can be. This may not be the very very best antique mall you've ever been in, but it is definitely a good one, and I give it a big stamp of approval. read more

I have been to this mall several times in the last 15 years. I'm basing this review on the last visit. This place has gone downhill during this time. I collect vintage Pyrex and I knew they had a particular booth in this mall. I went with my husband, brother in law, daughter and nephew. We split up because my husband is not interested and my Pyrex adventures bore him. What I did not appreciate was being followed by the young hipster working following me inconspicuously like I was going to steal some Pyrex, especially since I was using my phone to research prices. Highly annoying, and damn right insulting. They have a large amount of depression glass and the Pyrex is a tad overpriced. They also have sections closed as they don't have enough vendors (which is 175 a month rent with 12% commission). I will stick with their sister store in Snohomish. read more

During a weekend excursion to the state capitol in Olympia, we decided to drive down to Centralia, having been told the antique mall is a must see. Too true, 3 floors of dealers housed in a gorgeous historic building. We spent about 2 hours perusing all the wares and made one major purchase. We also dined at the Berry Fields cafe next door and the food was outstanding! A must see for all antiquing freaks. read more

A very nice three story antique mall with a lot of everything! Lots of glassware, dishes, some books, and usual antique store fare. Lots of furniture on the third floor. Also saw some signs, and vintage displays etc. in one of the other rooms on the second floor (the floor with the cafe). Bought myself five postcards, all cheap priced. read more

This is a don't miss spot if you love to antique in a setting that is clean, well lighted and well stocked. The staff is the BEST, friendly and helpful, but they allow you to browse in peace. Tons of smalls and glass galore, this place makes for a great afternoon of shopping. The cafe upstairs has great food and yummy desserts. There are tons of other places to visit in this great little town...be sure to make a day of it! read more

Visited this antique mall in a couple weeks ago and had a fun shopping experience. Next time I will plan on spending the day there versus just a few hours because there is a lot to see! Several dealers were there and we had the chance to have a good conversation with them about their items. Chatted with the new owners and really liked their enthusiasm.
