They of course want you to try out others. We were given nasty dirty stained pillows to lay our heads on. All of a sudden a different salesman swoops in. My husband again stated what we are looking for. The salesman says look at these mattresses instead. My husband told him we do not want that brand, we don't want foam. The salesman disregarded what my husband was asking for and again really pushed for that mattress. That's when we walked out. We went somewhere else that was non pushy, listened to us and provided clean pillows with pillow covers imagine that. We ended up buying a $8k mattress and adjustable frame which was not on my husband's list so it wasn't impossible to do.

Especially seeing the transformation over the last few years, it shows how much time and effort they put into creating the (huge) space and vibe to be both an antique mall and a 'third space' community hub. It's kid- & dog-friendly and they even keep some toys & coloring supplies on hand for bored kids. They also have a central 'living room' for anyone to kick their feet up. The gals running it are always friendly, too.

The different stalls are well laid out and not overwhelmingly cluttered. The selection was top-notch, although not cheap. By not cheap I'm not complaining, it was fairly priced. There are gorgeous pieces and the sellers know their worth. The pieces were in good shape and both of the people working were so helpful!

Very disappointed in the…read moreowner and how they handled business and mis representation I went into their store Sunday 2/15 and saw the midnight madness sofa with chaise and loved it and the manager told me to go home chat with husband and then give him a call by end of day 2/16 to make sure I got the deal! So that's what I did. I went home and husband and I decided to place order so I then went to the website to get sku number for the one I wanted and came to learn the extended version (so I thought) the one with 2 chaise and armless seat in middle was only $100 ish more so I decided to do that one instead of the smaller one since it was little to upgrade and I even clarified over the phone with sales guy it's the right one and it was, well I then dug deeper to get measurements just to see how we would put it in our home and my husband said these measurements do not match the picture at all. So I came back into the store and the representative called owner and then the owner said no we can't do anything but upgrade for $200 off and I am very frustrated because it was not a price deal for me it was being misrepresented and then the company asking for more money from me. My family and I need furniture so we just went with smaller couch so we can get it in quickly as I am pregnant. Very happy with Tristan service very disappointed that the owner is so money hungry. They should have made it right and matched what I paid and gave me the product that was represented especially because I was in store customer advised to go to website to get sku and I paid in full. That being said once I receive my order I will not be giving furniture world my business again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to come here.
