At 3:30 Friday, they refused to release my car unless I paid $2,000. They claimed 'premium parts' but replaced my Firestones with Advantas and installed a $331 no-name battery. $1,400 in struts and they didn't even fix the damaged rims. The original advisor walked off my call. His replacement blamed me for not knowing insurance hadn't seen the car--information they withheld when calling to upsell more work. They even offered to uninstall parts to match Progressive's estimate. That says everything.
