The level of patient care in this office is shockingly inadequate. I had booked an appointment over a month and half in advance, only to learn the day before that the doctor does not even work in that office on Tuesdays. After waiting well over a month for this appointment, I was informed only during my confirmation call that the doctor I was eager to see would not be available on the scheduled day. Despite this disappointment, I was willing to move forward. Unfortunately, the office manager enforces strict rules that patients are expected to follow, yet the office itself is chaotic and lacks empathy in addressing patients' needs and pain. I confirmed my appointment the day prior, both by text and phone call, and was assured that I would receive the necessary paperwork by 3 PM that day. However, when it did not arrive, I left a message that was not returned. My appointment was set for 3 PM the following day, and I arrived 30 minutes early to complete the paperwork, which was only sent to me an hour and four minutes before the appointment. If submitting this paperwork prior to the appointment is essential, why wait until an hour before to send it for an appointment booked over a month in advance? It is disheartening that the office seems to dictate how patients manage their time just to see a physician's assistant. Even with my early arrival and readiness to submit the forms promptly, I was denied my appointment. After discussing the situation with the office manager--who frankly should not be in a public-facing position--I was informed that my appointment would not be honored because I was only a half-hour early instead of an hour. I showed her the text messages and explained that the paperwork they promised the day before only arrived at 1:56 PM that day. It is clear that this office prioritizes its own inflexible guidelines over the concerns of patients. This experience has been one of the most disappointing I have ever encountered. If you have the option to seek care elsewhere, I strongly encourage you to do so. During my time in the waiting room, I met an elderly woman who expressed similar frustrations; she had driven from Marietta twice before without being seen. It seems the staff feels they can treat patients without accountability, which is deeply concerning for those in pain seeking medical help. At the conclusion of this encounter, the Office Manager made a point to deliver a sarcastic, sing-song "Have a nice day." I sincerely hope Dr. Mercado becomes aware of the poor treatment his patients are experiencing at the hands of his office staff.

When one of the biopsies took longer than expected, he was empathetic about my stress level and made sure to keep me updated on the progress of getting that done. He also pushed the lab to get it done in a timely fashion. The surgeries went very well with very little scarring. I would highly recommend Dr. Sapthavee. He is a highly skilled surgeon while being very patient oriented and responsive which is so rare in this day and age.

All i can say are gushing words of admiration for him. When i learned that was pregnant back in March, I was originally going to Sharp Rees Stealy. After a few rude phone calls from Sharp's triage nurses, and me feeling super stressed out, i contacted my surgeon and I was referred to to Dr. Garg. He is such a sweet and funny person. He's super straight to the point, doesn't play around, and is very direct. His personality is not for everyone but i like the fact that he doesn't make you worry about anything and makes everything super easy and seamless. I couldn't ask for a better OB this entire pregnancy and i honestly feel like it was meant to be that he became mine. If i ever decide to have another child in the future i definitely know where i'm going back to. His staff and nurse(shout out to Racquel), as well as the ultrasound tech are super nice, sweet, and very funny ladies! Cannot recommend them enough, and will definitely be telling anyone i know about him. The only downside is parking. It's a little hard seeing as it's metered parking but still worth it. Just make sure you pay by card or keep a ton of quarters on you like i did lol.

He did an excellent job with my surgery. He really put me at ease and answered every question I had. There is rarely a wait time once you're in the room. The appointments are always short and to the point, but never rushed. I've had to wait in patient rooms for other doctors for longer than most of my entire appointments with Dr Garg, from checking in to walking out. His staff is hard working and detail oriented, and his nurses are some of the kindest people I've ever met. I really feel taken care of here.

About 7 years ago or so I started getting sinus infections once, maybe twice a year. My primary doctor at the time told me I should consider seeing an ENT, and sent in a referral. I was sent to an ENT who was NOT Dr. Torchinsky. He was thorough but kept pushing for me to get surgery on my sinuses. Being I hadn't had surgery since I was 4 years old when I had my tonsils out, I was hesitant and ultimately decided I could live with a couple of sinus infections a year instead of going under the knife. Years went by, and with each passing year I was getting sinus infections more frequently. Flash forward to about a year ago when my new primary doctor tells me I should see an ENT. I thought "here we go again", but I agreed because at this point my quality of life majorly sucked due to all these sinus infections. This time I was referred to Dr. Torchinsky, no doubt because I had different insurance and was part of a different medical group. I was immediately stoked he was only a mile from my house, and that it was easy to make an appointment. I go in for my initial appointment, meet with Dr. Torchinsky and he gets right down to business. I tell him my history and issues, and my reluctance/fear of having surgery. He tells me that's fine, we're going to try EVERY possible thing he can think of with surgery being the last resort to solve my problem. I leave feeling confident, happy, and most of all well cared for, because this is a Doctor who is actually listening to me. Flash forward - after months of the trying everything in his arsenal, it was clear nothing was going to solve my issue except surgery. I was terrified and Dr. Torchinsky knew it, but he was so comforting and supportive, I felt like I was in the right hands, in fact I knew it. We set a date for surgery, I started looking into switching to my spouse's insurance plan to see if it would make the surgery cheaper, which it would, by quite a lot. His office encouraged me to do whatever I could to make the procedure cost me as little as possible out of pocket, and even helped me navigate the ridiculous process of switching plans and the confusion that ensued due to the lame brain insurance company (Thanks Deanna!), and before I knew it, it was the day of my surgery. Day of surgery I was nervous the staff at the outpatient surgery center really made me feel at ease, but most importantly Dr. Torchinsky came and spoke with me before surgery, and gave me the dose of his professionalism and charm that I needed not to leap out of my bed and run out of the place. The surgery went perfectly. In his words "textbook perfect". When he was done with my surgery he even went to the waiting room to tell my spouse everything went great, and that he'd be allowed back to see me once my anesthesia had worn off a bit more. My aftercare instructions were clear and concise, my follow ups were phenomenal and I was healing like a champ, and bless Dr. Torchinsky for putting up with my never ending inquiries of "is this normal". There were days I contacted him 2-3x, and he never acted annoyed or irritated. Even a couple weeks ago, months after my surgery, I hit him up to ask him about something, and he was not the least bit bothered and told me to contact him anytime I felt the need and he'd be more than happy to help. This man, this Doctor, is a Rockstar. He's the best of the best. If you need an ENT he's is the one you want. Side note: His front office staff is AMAZING, as is everyone else who works there. The reviews complaining about his "answering service" are just that...reviews referring to his answering service...a third party paid for take messages while the office is closed for lunch or the day. They are not his employees. ALSO- Doctor's offices are busy places, these people work their tales off! If someone doesn't call you back as quickly as you'd like, it's your job as your own health care advocate to give them a call to follow up. This is all pretty basic knowledge and doesn't warrant bad Yelp reviews.

We were anxious to write this review the second day post-surgery, but we purposefully waited until today to post this in the event something unexpected were to occur. Her recovery was frankly remarkable. Surgery was performed at 7:30AM and by late-afternoon, she was running around and playing like her normal self. We had to manage her food intake because if it were up to her, she would have had chicken nuggets for dinner. Witnessing this first-hand after all the anxiety build-up was a major relief. Dr. Pranksy was recommended by several medical professionals due our daughter's massive tonsils. My wife and I are extremely cautious parents and any potential medical attention for our family comes with hours of diligence. The man is truly a first-class physician and running a private practice clearly provides him with the autonomy to perform surgeries in a manner that is best for the patient and not per a larger group's policies/ requirements. We are extremely thankful for his attentiveness, care, and execution. I can imagine these tonsillectomies can become very routine for surgeons and their respective offices, but Dr. Pranksy, his assistant- Sabrina, and staff- Nour made us very welcome and personal.

We were uneasy with that response, so I happened to find Dr Pransky through word of mouth when I was calling around trying to find someone that wasn't employed by Radys. Dr Pransky spent an hour with us, gathering all medical history and really explaining to us how everything worked and what was needed and why. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. It came to be that the surgery was needed, but we felt a lot more confident with our decision after spending time with Dr Pransky and also learning about all of his experience. I did a lot of research as well, reading his reviews beforehand and I even asked the other doctors we work with about him-they all said he was fantastic and that we were in good hands. He has a very fun office set up for the kids, and my daughter was completely comfortable with him and actually didn't want to leave. We scheduled the surgery but of course I was still nervous the day of, my daughter is 2 and so little, barely over 20 lbs. I have never had a child have surgery before. Dr Pransky was great, the actual procedure was probably 10 min and everything went so well. I thought he was exaggerating when he said she would be up and playing and eating the minute she got home. 30 min after we took her home, she was already back to her normal self, playing with my other daughter. I wrote this two weeks out to ensure she didn't have any complications. She is doing so well, sleeping through the night, no more runny nose and not breathing out of her mouth. I am so thankful for Dr Pransky and doing what is best for my child and making it such a good experience. I absolutely recommend him, he has so much experience and knowledge and will do what's best for your child.

Dr. Coulter is wonderful but he works for a money hungry doctor who could care less about the human. We are money to her. Enter at your own risk.
