Service is good, don't get me wrong - just not a happy place. This Silverbell location is TOTAL opposite! The hygienists and the admin up front are wonderful. The service is always great. I'm glad I moved and this one is closer to discover it. It's hard to find good dentist office these days. Best quality and best service!

From the time you first walk in you're greeted by his excellent staff who have always gone out of their way to not only help me but everyone else who comes in. Then I have allays had excellent service from the staff that assist with the treatment and I must apologize for not having their names because they deserve all the praise as well. To help illustrate just how impressive Dr. Sonaco is, he and the Oral Surgeon Dr. Loschiavo realized that I was in need of various help and instead of just keeping me in a state of trying to figure out how to manage such a huge undertaking on my own like is seen far too often in today's worl. DDS Sonaco from Aeris Dental came up with a plan that even took his personal time then got together with Dr. Loschiavo; my Oral Surgeon, and came up with a plan and then they both had myself and my wife actually come in and laid out their plan which was huge in helping us to better understand the situation and to navigate a path forward. I've been on this planet for a long time and I have never ever seen anything like what they did for us. Seriously, who in today's world takes the time out of their own schedules to help someone the way DDS Sonaco and Dr. Loschiavo did for me. up until now I have never even heard of that before. That's a level of professionalism and truly caring for their patients ever seen before. Many businesses talk about it but these two great people and their staffs proved it. To say they deserve a 5 Star Rating doesn't express how deep my gratitude is for the both of them and their office staff. DDS Sonaco and Dr. Loschiavo along with their staffs deserve a much greater rating than 5 stars but that's the highest the ratings go. I absolutely recommend Aeris Dental and DDS Sonac.

All of these extractions were the result of strong chemo eating away at the teeth at my gum line thus inviting cavities and decay. This powerful chemo was given to me weekly by my oncologist over a 10 year period. Chemo was successful and put me in semi-remission for about 5 years. Last year the cancer raised its ugly head again. I've been on Chemo again until it was determined that it was doing no good. At that point my oncologist told me to get into a hospice program. The chemo was only one factor causing my extractions. The other was that all of my teeth were loosened due to a fall on my face where I broke my jaw. An oral/plastic surgeon tried to aline my broken jaw. But he couldn't do much to help my loosened and broken off teeth. They continued to deteriorate over the next two years. My poor teeth didn't have a chance. They all had to be removed: 5 whole teeth that hadn't broken off yet plus 17 teeth that had broken off at the gum line. The surgeon had to dig out the roots of these 17 teeth. Surgeon removed 22 teeth in total. My surgeon was competent, professional, explained everything as he went along and appeared to be very knowledgeable. Besides, I think he's a nice guy. I go back to see him in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs special care or even routine care for their teeth. The Perfect Teeth - Continental Ranch office was attractive and well designed and there was plenty of parking available. The staff members that I met were superior. There are several ladies in the back offices who do cleanings, etc. The ladies that I did meet included the Receptionist, who is a friendly knowledgeable gem and a couple of others whose names and job details I don't remember. I dealt mostly with the Office Manager. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic (even when she is handing you a large bill). She seems like a terrific person and certainly an asset to Perfect Teeth's Continental Ranch, Marana office. One thing that helped me make the decision to have all of my teeth removed at the same time at this facility was that their prices are not as high as the rest of the dentists in the area. I highly recommend and give a five star rating to Perfect Teeth's Continental Ranch dental office located next to Fry's in the shopping center at Cortaro and Silverbell in Marana. I have looked at the reviews, and I always pause when a person leaves a negative review and there is no picture or just a few reviews...one every year or so. I am not saying it is not valid.....it just makes me pause. Same for excellent reviews with no picture and one or two reviews. Hmmmmm........ I digress.... So....this is MY review based on a LONG history having gone here. The staff has ALWAYS been pleasant and helpful. I work with people all day, I get it....so I always try to be nice. I was in a LOT of pain when I got there, and waited quite a while (but I was seen same day for an emergency). The doctor took me back and did several tests to see what tooth it was. Once it was confirmed, he said we will do the root canal now. ((YAY))!! The needles in the roof of my mouth ALWAYS hurt me so much, but the doctor was so patient. I got all numbed up.....and it began. Apparently I had dead and decaying nerves, and that explained the pain, fever, and other unpleasant symptoms I was having. Seriously....I was in a LOT of pain. I am so blessed to have no more pain, no more temperature...and may I give a special thank you to Dr Smith....who loves and supports animal rescue...and has such an authentic presence. Thank you. :-)
