I have always loved this dentist, he is Tops, and I am super picky) I was just looking at reviews and saw the complaints. For the people who haven't seen Dr Haymore, keep in mind these comments aren't about him, it's the front desk staffing. Unfortunately, I can attest to the complete opposite care you get from girls upfront (they've always been females anyway) to the dentists and hygienists . I've seen this before in doctor's offices. I don't know how the front gets staffed but clearly and unfortunately not by the superior dentists and assistants they have who do the actual work. So in saying that, I have to overlook the bad service in front because I know I will get excellent top notch quality and at an honest and fair price. Being honest, I know there are quality people who want jobs but the computer systems used for hiring these kind of jobs-these unqualified people know how to manipulate tracking systems and get their foot in the door, is my guess. I think I speak for many but hoping things like this will change! read more

Hardly ever write a review. I made an appointment with innovation dental and everything seemed OK upon making that appointment. When checking in they needed my insurance phone number....I actually didn't have the phone number on me... The insurance person then proceeded to tell me that they will not be able to see me until they receive the phone number. Mind you: I'm already sitting and talking to the hygienist. If there's one thing I know its customer service and how important it is. I have been in the Dental field for over 20 years (AND THIS INSURANCE PERSON KNEW THIS) I have never came across a more rude front office. Customer service doesn't always come easy for some, I understand but REALLY? ATTITUDE?. Beware of this office, they're billing person needs more customer service training (and this is a person that most likely is to talk to you about outstanding balances). NO BUENO!! read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Haymore for years now. Always compassionate, gentle, and explains all your options. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I know that appointments to see the hygienist are quite a few months out, but that is probably the norm for most dental practices. I just make sure I am off from work that day! I have never had to wait an unreasonable time to see Dr. Haymore for dental work. Anyway, I had a tooth break early in the morning. I called to see if I could get in to see Dr. Haymore that day. Unfortunately, he was out for the day. They did, however, have an appointment with his associate, Dr. Peterson, the same morning. Dr. Peterson was great as well. He explained my options clearly, and made me feel comfortable with his skills and professionalism. They got me taken care of, and I am very happy with the results. I am so upset. I have been going to Dr. Haymore's office for 30 years!!!! I actually started seeing his father when I was a little kid, he wasn't even a dentist yet thats how long I have been going to this office. I made an appointment to have them check a filling HE put in 8 months prior. I thought it had fallen out or cracked. Turns out it was fine, no work needed or done. They billed my insurance and charged me $69 for a 10 min appointment. When I contacted the office and asked to speak with the office manager, I was told "there isn't one" the girl didn't care about my longtime loyalty. My cable company takes better care of me quite frankly. I paid the bill and assured her I would not be returning, which didn't seem to bother her. I hope they have a line out the door. read more

Terrible dentist practice. They are always running late, and I made and appointment over a month in advance, and drove all he way downtown to Oro valley from Phoenix for a cavity filling and they canceled, and hour before I was going to have my cavity fixed. The older lady at the front was very rude... No Apologies. read more

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Haymore for years. We have always been very pleased with the care given and the professional manner in which the office is run. The hygienists are all great and very thorough. The office is nice and clean. And I have always felt taken care of. My kids love going to the dentist. They especially love the prize tokens they earn. Their availability is absolutely horrible. They book 6 months out, like anyone knows their schedule that far out. If you have to end up changing your appointment due to whatever reason, it'll push you out 3-6 months each time. I'm now going on almost a year without a cleaning due to this. They're way over subscribed. They obviously do not care about patients at all - it's all 100% profit driven. They should accommodate their long time customers and ensure they can get them in within a reasonable time. Pushing someone literally 5-6 months to when they should have their next cleaning is absolutely not acceptable. I'm leaving and going elsewhere. read more

I switched from Dental Village in Oro Valley to Innovation and I can honestly say I look forward to seeing this dentist. Very professional, friendly staff. I had Kendall, an extremely friendly and knowledgeable hygienist. Jess Haymore is also great. They don't try to push extra cleanings or X-rays (which is definitely something Dental Village was doing). I currently live in Scottsdale and will continue to drive the 2 hours to come to this practice. read more

We've been going to Dr. Jess for many years (since before they moved to Innovation). ALWAYS a positive experience with him and his staff. He takes the time to explain things, his staff is knowledgable, skilled, and friendly, and the overall atmosphere is very positive. I've recommended them for years now, and everyone that has gone to them has similar things to say.
