I hadn't seen any dentist so far in Tucson so I wasn't sure who I should go to. I need an X-Ray examination before having those criminals extracted by an oral surgeon. My friend Amanda recommended Dr. McGill. It's very close to the UA campus, and I was surprised that it is easy to get an appointment with Dr. McGill (I called 2 days ahead of time during the holiday season). It is a small dental office, but Dr. McGill is very friendly and nice. He checked my teeth and X-rayed them. Seems like that the bottom ones are growing sideways. Grrr... But Dr. McGill did a thorough and good job. Recommend for clean space, personal and scare-free experience, and quick appointment! The office closes before 3 PM.

It was how the agent had said it. The dentist Dr. Morris was not much better. I witnessed him being kind, patient and talkative with a Caucasian woman in the room across from mine but he was curt with me, a person of color and appeared to want to finish with my appt quickly. When I asked if there there were any appointments available he remarked that they did not know that yet, almost yelling. I did not feel comfortable with Morris and resorted to asking the the hygenists my questions. The dental assistant and hygienist in the room had better mannerisms. Will not be back.

My regular dentist's phone wasn't working and I had to leave a message. Meanwhile, I couldn't close my mouth because of the jagged tooth (what was left of it). I called my insurance and they set me up with Dr. Burrows whose office is close to my home. He saw me less than an hour later and got me fixed up. When my regular dentist finally returned my call and said they could fit me in the next day, I was already taken care of. I'll stick with Dr. Burrows from now on.

From crowns to unfortunately a bridge, I've had nothing but good service. But even more I love all the techs for teeth cleaning. They are all fabulous and good. One story in particular, was I lost my crown at the beach in Florida. I managed to salvage it because I didn't want to pay for a new one. Dr. Burrows told me that the likelihood of it fitting was slim because I hadn't had it in my mouth for over a week. however, it fell right into place and he charged me a minimal fee for a re-gluing it. Now to me that's honesty. He could've fed me alone and made a couple of bucks but he didn't. They've always been good and they've always been on the up and up. Gentle. That is exactly what his team and he did, and unlike some of the reviews saying the wait was greater than 30 minutes past their scheduled time, I actually was taken back 10 minutes early. I also got my laundry list of concerns addressed at the same appointment, and he gave me the referrals I needed. I was very impressed and would recommend him highly. I'm a dentist in private practice and can appreciate the importance of giving your patients the chance to have all their concerns addressed and to be there to answer all their questions.
