They charged me for a crown I paid cash for and made me sign something saying it was ok after I told him I didn't like it. It's yellow and my teeth are not yellow. If he couldn't match it I wish he would have told me so and I could have gone somewhere else. But he just wanted my money. They also made me pay before I even got the crown which is odd. Also I told him I had a bad reaction to epinephrine but he gave it to me anyway. The first time I was ok. The second time when I tried to tell him my heart was beating fast he snapped at me and said he'd been doing it a long time and thinks he knows what he's doing. I then started sweating and shaking and feeling very antsy and had palpitations. I told them and they said to go sit down it must be the heat. I asked them if they could please order numbing without Epinephrine and they said no. I asked them how they treat elderly and children and they said we don't treat children. This guy seriously needs to retire and so does the front desk lady. They never answer the phone when you call either And wait for two weeks for a call back. Then another month for an appointment. Then when my antibiotics ran out and my tooth started hurting again because I waited so long she quipped that she would not give me anymore antibiotics after this. I am a heart valve patient and I'm surprised they made me wait so long in the first place as any infection is a huge risk for me. This place is a huge no for me .

I can't remember how times I waited in the waiting room for up to 45 min to an hour with having an appointment every single time. Why make an appointment if they are always behind schedule and over booking their clients? Majority of my visits was to pick up my next set of Invisalign and I still had to wait a while in the waiting room which was very frustrating how dysfunctional their scheduling was. This one time, I went in for my appointment to pick up my next set of Invisalign and she didn't have the set ready for me so she offers to drop it off personally to my apartment in a few hours. Then lies, saying that I lost my only set of Invisalign because I'm irresponsible and tells my parents how she spent her personal time dropping it off at my house, when it was her fault not having the new set ready... I personally wouldn't recommend her when there are so many better Dentist in Tucson, AZ.

It is a small dental office, but Dr. McGill is very friendly and nice. He checked my teeth and X-rayed them. Seems like that the bottom ones are growing sideways. Grrr... That is exactly what his team and he did, and unlike some of the reviews saying the wait was greater than 30 minutes past their scheduled time, I actually was taken back 10 minutes early. I also got my laundry list of concerns addressed at the same appointment, and he gave me the referrals I needed. I was very impressed and would recommend him highly. I'm a dentist in private practice and can appreciate the importance of giving your patients the chance to have all their concerns addressed and to be there to answer all their questions. I tried to get in for that same tooth less than 3 months due to the build up wasn't completely taken care of and some decay was left that caused an abcess that they needed $100 up front to set an appointment for in addition to the extra that my insurance couldn't cover. They said it is only really a follow up at no cost within 30 days.The health and pain of a patient should be more important to them than money. People aren't made of money. I couldn't afford to take care of it, so I was swollen and in pain for months after. Also, EVERYTIME I was in the chair getting a filling done, they said"it's deeper than we thought, it'll cost more". Doesn't anyone in this office have compassion for anyone enough to say, "we made a mistake, we'll cover the remainder of the cost we didn't prepare you for?" It was taking quite some time and not only was this an uncomfortable position but the tools rattled my skull and made me dizzy. The worst part was this appointment was his last one of the day and you could tell he was getting upset and anxious with the motions and tools he was working with like I was taking up too much of his time and he was tired. I will NEVER schedule a long appointment in the afternoon ever again when a dentist has seen patients all day!! Too risky. There is nothing special about this office at all. All of the people there seem to be nice but you can tell a few are just pretending to be nice. There is NOTHING special about this office or this dentist. I even saw a female dentist in this office when he wasn't available that did a better job with a small filling then he did.
