If I had a more urgent issue they may have taken additional steps to get me in sooner--not sure, as that wasn't the case for me. My appointment started promptly. The hygienist assigned to me was kind and did a great job taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hicks was friendly and professional. I have had some dentists that try to sell me nonsense cosmetic crap for my teeth, and was glad that Dr. Hicks and her team did no such thing. Everyone in the office was upbeat and friendly: you can tell the staff is treated well, because the morale is high. I would recommend Dr. Hicks to anyone looking for a new dentist.

The dentist also told me I had lose teeth and needed to get a mouth guard. From them Or course. But my teeth didn't feel loose so I went to a specialist who makes mouth guards and they had no idea what Dr Echols was talking about. It isn't a mistake when it happened twice. It is either an intentionally deceptive dentist or one who is poorly trained. Be very careful. Seems very dishonest.
