Dr Hobeich did a great job on my husband's root canal. He was recommended to us and we would recommend him to anyone looking endodontic services. He and his staff were friendly, empathetic, gentle, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. read more

The professionals were very knowledgeable and did not answer question not of their field of study. I was pleased that I arrived early and it was only 8 minutes and they sent me to get my root canal. Zero pain from shots (2 not my usual 4) and the Dr and his med asst were both fantastic and young! Great experience. Heading back for 2nd root canal. CM Edmondson read more

Very unprofessional front desk and scheduler. I was on my 45 min plus commute and they called 30 minutes before my appointment time to inform me I had an out of pocket balance due day of appointment, while also claiming I got a voicemail about said balance which was not true. Also didn't offer any help for a payment plan or adjustment to ensure I still could have my appointment today. read more

Dr.Hobeich took the time to explain every detail and it was pain free!!! Staff is absolutely amazing!!

I highly recommend Dr. Paul Hobeich, DMD, his wonderful assistant Ulla and all the caring staff at Hobeich Endodontics in Tucson, AZ. My root canal was pain free and over before I knew it in huge thanks to Dr Hobeich's amazing skill and compassionate concern for my utmost comfort! read more

Really cares. Very thorough and informative. Highly recommend. Great care. Left feeling much better.

Best root canal experience! Front staff ,assistants and Dr. Hobeich were excellent. Procedure it self was quick and painless! They explained very thoroughly what was going to happen and what to expect after wards. If I ever need a root canal again this will be the place I will be returning to. Highly recommended :) read more

Was sent here 3months ago called to set an appointment they didn't reach out to me for 48hrs this was during the work week mind you. I needed to have a root canal. Have existing tooth be removed to have area cleaned out and then put crown back on, no cleaning no antibiotic due to possible infection was in and out. Next day woke up with a horrible infection behind the tooth had to go to urgent care to get antibiotic. I have had nothing but problems since, now I'm in a situation that I can either spend $3,000 to have that tooth and the one next to it pulled which are in the front or get all pulled out to get dentures!! I'm getting dentures No Thanks to Dr. James Sather DDS at Hobeich Endodontics & Associates. Office staff was also dressed rather inappropriately. read more

Office staff very rude and won't work with customers. FIRST APPOINTMENT they messed up on insurance stating the procedure wasn't covered at all. After clearing it up with insurance he lost his appt. THEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A CALL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY FOR AN APPT AND NO CALL AT ALL! I THEN I RESCHEDULED APPT MYSELF BY CALLING AND WE GET CAUGHT IN TRAFFIC AND THEY WONT DO PROCEDURE STATING IT TAKES A WHOLE HOUR. Second appt we drove 2 hours to see Dr for procedure and got stuck in traffic and was right at the 15 minute mark. and he wouldn't do procedure. 14 year old boy in pain due to his tooth already been on prescription meds for infection and now they may not be able to see him. CURRENTLY in waiting room we shall see. IF I could give a 0 stars I would at this point. read more

Dr Sather and his assistant I think his name was Jessie We're by far the best examples of integrity and professionalism I have ever experienced with a dentist. They both were respectful and compassionate. The root canal was painless and prompt. They answered all of my questions and explained everything fully. It was my first root canal. I was nervous and they put me at complete ease. Their Kindness and courtesy far exceeded my expectations. Wayne Zespy read more

I had a great experience getting a root canal procedure with Dr Paul Hobeich. The front office staff and assistants were all helpful and attentive to all details relating to cost, insurance plans, pain levels etc. Dr Hobeich was precise and informative with the procedure and was very open to my questions and concerns. I HIGHLY recommend this business and will return if I'm in need of further endodontic care. read more

Paul Hobeich is the rudest person I have ever encountered! He doesn't even remember his assistant's name. He talked non-stop about his personal life the entire time he performed my root canal. His kids are in their school's chess club. He and his wife played chess years ago, but he is unable to remember the names of the pieces of chess. He likes car racing and is taking his wife to Las Vegas for her birthday so he can watch car racing (he did add, that his wife likes the races also). He is getting a room with a view of the strip because he can watch the race from his room. He likes to gamble. I had problems after the root canal; I had an infection in my tooth prior to going for a consultation. I asked if we should wait until the infection cleared up and he said no, it's okay to do it now. I had a fever for two days, awful pain and very bad swelling. I spoke with his office twice, and not once, did they suggest that I go in for him to have a look at my tooth. Stay away!! read more

I was in extreme agony from a lost filling in one of my molars. It was a Friday at 10 am and Dr Paul squeezed me in on his short day when he easily could've said no like most other Endodontists in Tucson. This was the most painless dental procedure I've ever had. I barely felt the numbing shots at all. After I was number up he worked so quickly and efficiently that I actually fell asleep a few times. After about an hour in the chair we were finished. If I ever have another root canal I will go no where else but Dr Paul. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! read more

First of all, I am not a review writer. But for this office, I must say I feel I want to do so. I have gone here for all my root canals. The doctor is the best root canal specialist in Tucson, so I will only go here. But more importantly, the front office staff is exceptional. My insurance made a mistake and incorrectly pre-authorized the wrong price. I over paid and was due for a refund. I worked closely with Veronica, the financial specialist and office coordinator, to make this right. She was extremely patient with myself and my husband to answer our questions. She was diligent with Humana and ensured that the office did right by us. It was not easy but she stuck with it for us. We received our refund and I am so grateful in times like these to have good people like Veronica. If I could give ten stars I would. read more

This is a review on the office members not the doctor. We never had a bad experience with any other dental offices until today They scheduled my son's appointment 10 day ago and when he arrived staff member stated that appointment was canceled, they didn't have the courtesy to give a written or verbal notice. They didn't even apologize when I called and mentioned that it's very unprofessional to let the patient travel during the Covid-19 pandemic just to hear about cancellation. Their response to that was "ok"! Very unhappy with the office members professional manners. Will not recommend to any of my friends or family members. read more

Doctor and staff are wonderful! Very kind & accommodating. Thoroughly explained the procedure and reassured me as I was very nervous. I have heard so many horror stories about root canals but this was PAIN FREE and a total breeze! I am so thankful my dentist recommended Dr. Hobeich. I will recommend him without reservation. read more

Can't say enough good things about this very gifted endotonist. This is my second root canal. The procedure was painless and took hardly anytime at all. He walked me through each step so that I would be prepared if there was going to be a pinch or pressure. I appreciate when doctors do that so that patients are prepared for what's going to happen next. The swelling that was caused by the infected tooth disappeared almost immediately and less than 24 hours after the procedure. I was in no pain afterwards. He was also able to salvage the crown so all I needed was the hole that he made during the procedure permanently filled by the dentist that put on the crown. I know Tucson has a bad rap for having a lack of good doctors, but thank God for Dr. Hobeich. He is one of the most professional doctors I have ever seen here. I hope he remains here in Tucson. We need more doctors like him. read more

Imagine being on a 7-week long bicycle ride and cracking a tooth, resulting in severe pain and you're 1500 miles from home... Through no less than a miracle, I was able to get in to see Dr. Hobeich who painlessly completed a root canal while calming my fears, and enabled me to continue my adventure. Truly a Godsend! read more

I just had an all-around amazing and excellent experience here, specifically getting a root canal. The work of Dr. Sather and Joey on my #31 molar was exceptional: they were very friendly, attentive, caring, personable, efficient and thorough! The office staff at the front who processed my paperwork and payment situation were also very professional and expedient (and understanding with me, as I admittedly was a bit curt or surly upon making my appointment time, due to the pain, discomfort, and general fatigue I'd been experiencing over the past few weeks as a result of an infection from the problem tooth, originating in a lost filling and subsequent decay). Just want to give them all at Hobeich Endodontics the "props" where they're due, and I highly recommend coming here for getting examined and receiving root canal work like I did (and in my case being a referral from El Rio to this location). read more

What a great place and staff. Root canals suck in general, but if you gotta have 9ne, and trust me you will know. Go to this place good folks read more

Thank you so much for seeing me so fast today. Awesome experience, haven't had a root canal in some time so was expecting a lengthy procedure. Much to my delight we were done in no time at all. Dr Hobeich and staff are wonderful and accommodating. I have had two root canal procedures done at this office. Fast and Painless. YES, I said painless. I can also say that the days after my procedures I experienced no discomfort. I highly recommend this office. Everyone works very hard and while most offices closed down during the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, Hobeich Endodontics took care of everyone unable to get care elsewhere. They are COVID compliant read more

Kudos to Dr. Hobeich and his team for a surprisingly much better experience than I expected for a rather complicated root canal. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do, there is only one office I will visit, Hobeich Endodontics. read more

Dr. Hobeich and his team are simply the best. My dentist recommended Dr. Hobeich when I needed a recent root canal, and I'm so glad she sent me his way! Dental procedures can be scary and stressful, but Dr. H and the staff here are competent, friendly, accommodating, and flexible. When I had complications after my root canal (due to previous infection - NOT because of a poorly done procedure!), Dr. H went above and beyond to follow-up with me and make sure I was healing well and getting what I needed to improve. They have been more than willing to answer my questions & and I feel confident that the advice and insight I'm getting from the doctor is in my best interest - I really appreciate a provider who is open and communicative. The office is clean and modern, the location is highly convenient, and the work is quick and efficient. Although I hope I don't have to see Dr. Hobeich again any time soon, I'd absolutely recommend his office and would see him again for any work I needed done in the future! read more

Dr Hobeich performed a root canal on me and I can't express how smooth it went. The professionalism he and his staff showed me was 5 star. I was really dreading getting it done, but couldn't be happier the result of having no pain afterwards. I highly recommend this practice read more

Such a fantastic endodontics office! After trying to have a root canal at El Rio and having a bad experience, I got a referral for Hobeich Endodontics. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It's a small office with a friendly atmosphere and you're greeted by the most vivacious and kind receptionist that is also a dental assistant. There is only three people in there, Dr. Hobeich and two dental assistants I believe. Dr. Hobeich is kind and caring and actually does stop working if you experience any sensation of pain. I can't believe how nice everyone is. If you need a root canal and are having doubts or are scared, visit Dr. Hobeich and you won't have a worry in the world! He knows what he is doing and is very fast. By the time the paperwork was filled out (~15-20 minutes), he already started and finished a root canal on another patient. I highly recommend you go here! I can't thank you enough Hobeich Endodontics. Thank you! read more

I took my son to Dr. Hobeich after my son was in therapy for fear of dentist. Dr. Hobeich was so good with my son. Dr. Hobeich made him feel safe and after the procedure my son wanted me to send him a note to thank him for making his experience good. I highly suggest going to Dr. Hobeich for all dental work. I have never gone on to blog but felt I should spread the word. read more
