They stated that they would forward a message to the office to call me BUT NO ONE DID!! Called again and got the same run around from some clueless person at the call center. At my follow up post op appointment, I informed the office staff of the communication difficulties and they just shrugged it off, seemed like they didn't care.

He took the hump off of my side profile but if I turn a little bit you can still see that he left a bump on both sides of my nose. It's like he only focused on one angle but forgot every other angle. I brought this up to him during my follow up and he told me to "calm down it will go away" he also said it was "normal" for tissue to come back. But this wasn't regrowth... from the beginning it was clear that there was leftover bumps on both sides. Im not sure why he kept disregarding my concerns but it was clear he didn't care about me as a patient. He wanted to charge me for the whole procedure again to fix it so I decided not to continue with his practice. 3 years after my surgery and I still have the bump on both sides of my nose. The day of my appointment when the nurses were getting me ready they were arguing right infront of me! I was scheduled as the second surgery of the day but then last minute they switched me to the first surgery. Everything seemed so rushed and maybe that's why the doctor forgot to pay attention to detail when it came to my surgery. Maybe he's good with other procedures but I wouldn't recommend coming here for rhinoplasty. He will disregard any end goal you want and override with his own idea. The front view is also crooked and off to the side like coralines nose. Will get redone at another office unfortunately I wasted my money with him.

I took her to the CHOMP ER and kindly requested a plastic surgeon to stitch her up. We were so lucky that Dr. Goldberg happened to be there at the same time and was willing to help my daughter. He has an excellent bedside manner with kids (and parents!). My daughter was scared at first, but his demeanor relaxed her. He numbed her face and stitched her up, all while being kind and warm.
