He spend more time playing dentist than being a doctor and dialed in on my son having poor oral hygiene and just would not actually focus on what he was being seen for. He would not listen to my son, dismissed the notes my son took with to make sure he didn't forget anything, and repeatedly told my son he just needed to find a better job, get insurance, and go to a dentist, but didn't offer any real advice about the CURRENT issues and actually made his health anxiety worse and his swallowing symptoms have now regressed (likely to anxiety) brought on by the extremely rude and condescending Dr he saw. The Dr he was supposed to see was not in the office, but is somehow still the one listed on his visit summary so we can't even review or file a complaint on the right Dr. Yes, my son should get insurance and take better care of his teeth perhaps, but none of that was the reason he was there and none was helpful. The Dr told my son basically how dare he go to the ER for this and that when "people like you" (referring to my son) go to the ER it just costs the tax payers money. Firstly, my son is a grown working man who pays taxes, Second - my son will get and pay his own bill. This doctor spent the entire visit "roasting" my son (my son's words) and now the progress my son has mad over the last week since his initial medical problem is practically all gone. I am appalled that a Dr. would ever speak to a patient the way this man spoke to my son!

They sent me the bill again for the price of the office visit, which I wasn't really too happy about, but I guess I need to be more visual about checking my insurance before I go anywhere for a doctor nowadays..

She felt it and told me I am fine. I had blood work done for the same reason and when I saw her again to discuss the results she said everything was fine. I ask for a physical copy. When I got home and read them, 8 results were flagged and way out of the normal range. My husband went in to get refills for his Celexa. She never called it in so he went up to get a physical copy and was handed a prescription in his name for 150 vicodin. They are horrible about calling in prescriptions. Last week he called to ask why they didn't call one in as they said they would and he was put on hold. Finally he drove 15 minutes to the office while still on hold and the receptionist was sitting there with the phone flashing doing nothing other than watching Judge Judy. That was just one of many problems with prescriptions.

I would have to make call after call and trying to get someone in the office to return my call and assist me. October of the year (2025) was especially difficult. I had to leave for my Granddaughter's wedding on October 11. I did the usual call in my prescription and wait the 48 hours. Started calling on Thursday and leaving messages. Finally spoke to someone on Friday. Explained to them I really needed my prescription filled so I could head to the Wedding the following day. Like usual it was always like I was bothering them and they would just tell you they are working on it NO sense of urgency what so ever. Never got my prescription had to go to the wedding with no pain meds. They could have cared less!! The November once again I do things by the book as usual. Called in my prescription waited the 48 hours and then started calling. The pharmacy did the same thing. Talk to them Friday they said no Dr. in today. Maybe try tomorrow Saturday. Called Saturday and nothing. Finally called back Monday and they said they would call me back. 4:00 Monday afternoon they called me back and said I needed to have an office visit. I said yes I know I have an appointment scheduled for next week. I tried to explain to the person on the other end of the phone she just told me you need to go to a pain clinic. I said I do see a pain clinic Dr. I just had an appointment with him in September. My wife (retired nurse) asks to speak with them. This is where the person on the other end of the phone started getting snotty with my wife. Then she hung up on my wife. This office is completely unprofessional and lack knowledge and when I did everything I was supposed to do and she had nothing to stand on she hung up.
