Both did their very best to make sure I was comfortable as possible. The staff in the office are friendly and always willing to help. There was no pressure to get any procedures done that I did not need. They are just very caring people willing to help give you the best dental experience.

Similar to other reviewers, this practice pushed unnecessary and expensive procedures. I was told I…read morehad periodontal disease with deep pockets 4s, 5s, and 6s and that I needed an expensive deep cleaning. They also told me I need to have a wisdom root tip removed(surgery). I followed up with my oral surgeon who assured me I had one area that was "maybe" a 4(borderline), but no 5s and 6s. He also said he left the wisdom root tip in to protect the nerve on purpose. Recommending surgery without due cause is highly unethical due to the inherit risk and cost of every surgery! I reached out to give Berry Hill Dental Group a second chance to make this right by giving me a normal cleaning, but the office manager Josh claimed they could not perform a normal cleaning once "periodontal disease has been diagnosed" as it is a "liability". Yet another tactic to scare the patient into unnecessary care. Today I had my "normal" teeth cleaning at Franklin Dental Care. Their evaluation matched my oral surgeon's, maybe one 4mm pocket area with teeth in excellent condition. My hygienist was appalled with the way I was treated at Berry Hill. Avoid at all cost!

Because I do work 2 jobs, and that is what I told Ms. Andrea, I had not had the opportunity to finish because my insurance card was at my home which is an hour and 15 minutes away from my jobs and I typically don't go home until the weekend, and that I insured her that I was going to get to it prior to me coming to my appointment. I was rudely told that I needed to be sure I did so. Not a good look. The only reason I didn't cancel my appointment, is because I had not had an opportunity to get my yearly check up in since 2020. I have yet to be seen as of yet for I was an hour early to my appointment. Be back to finish this review.. I was called back by Ms. Carroll and she was a joy, and so was Ms. Kim and Ms. Sabrina. They were the saving graces to this place. They were simply amazing. I just may give this place another chance after all. And it was my pleasure to have met Dr. Moore. She came in and the whole team in the back have me squared away to come back. More to come. I wish I could give more stars but first impressions are everything. Hopefully it will be better next time.

This is a long post. Please bear with me…read more Dr. Lubovich fitted me with several crowns 3 years ago. On one side of my mouth, the crowns fit fine. On the other, they didn't as a result of an error made by one of Dr. Lubovich's technicians. I had complained to Dr. Lubovich that my bite was off - that the teeth on that side were way too high. Over the course of several visits, he would grind down small areas, which would make my bite a little better, but, as I would always tell him, my teeth were still too high on that entire side. Pain had developed in my teeth, especially one, and in my jaw, eye, ear and several places on that side of my face. Dr. Lubovich's conclusion was that I was grinding my teeth in my sleep. I told him I don't grind my teeth in my sleep. Finally, after much deliberation about that, I agreed to let him make a night guard for me, costing me $400.00. It never reduced my pain because I don't grind my teeth. After x-rays, he told me one tooth, which had had a root canal, was the cause of my pain, saying there was infection, and that a post in the tooth had protruded through the root. His solution for this was to do a surgical root canal, which meant cutting through the side of my gum. He cut me open, scraped and dug around for quite some time, severing many sensory nerves, and sewed me up, never finding what he told me was there. There was neither infection nor a hole in the tooth, as he had said. However, I was still charged $1200.00 for the procedure. The result of this unnecessary surgery, is lack of sensation in many places on my face, NO sensation in one part of the gum and a very uncomfortable pulling on my cheek, gum and the back of my top lip when I smile. The sutures were so painful (which his staff said should NOT have been, and told me something was wrong), they removed those a week early. Dr. Lubovich then concluded the suspect tooth was cracked, and what I needed was an extraction, a bone graft and an implant. After his two failed attempts to fix my pain problem, I sought second opinions about the implant. I visited a different dentist, told him about my bite being off; that one side was much higher than the other. He promptly ground down the teeth on that entire side and polished the chewing surfaces. There was so much that had to be ground off of one tooth to shorten it enough, all that shows on the chewing surface is steel. But at last, my bite was perfect - something I had been trying to get Dr Lubovich to do for 3 years. My new dentist informed me that where I feel any sensation, he's 99% certain I will regain feeling, but that it wouldn't necessarily return the way it was, and, it will take months or years. Where I feel nothing, as in my gum, I may never feel anything again. It's like having lidocaine permanently injected into my gum. Just a day after my new dentist corrected my bite, which took him only about 5 minutes, all the aches and pains in my face, and the sensitivity and bleeding around one tooth, disappeared and have never returned. It was like magic. The entire problem was trauma caused from my bite being off. That's all it was. THAT WAS THE ENTIRE PROBLEM ALL ALONG. I so wished I had never trusted Dr. Lubovich with this problem. He not only didn't fix the problem, which was CAUSED in his office, but caused a much bigger problem with his misdiagnosis and mistreatment of my teeth. It has now been over four months since Dr. Lubovich did the surgery. I have since seen an oral surgeon and a periodontist, hoping something could be done about regaining sensation, stopping the thick and tugging feeling when I smile (which he said may reduce in a year), and reducing the swelling in my lower jaw, which hasn't reduced any at all in the last month. The periodontist suggested I see a plastic surgeon about that. This has been the dental experience from hell, which I may have to deal with for the rest of my life. I never dreamed I would be disfigured by a dentist. And the most aggravating thing about it is, the surgery was NEVER NEEDED. I never needed to be injured, and the remedy for my pain was so simple and quick. I would give anything to have my mouth and face back the way it was. ANYTHING! BUYER, BEWARE!!!

I was there for over an hour and a half and they didn't even do the teeth cleaning! Because I was a new client they took x-rays first, then the dentist looked at everything and then left me there for over 45 minutes before coming back and doing dental bonding briefly. He mentioned Invisalign or veneers then the front took a while to show me paperwork (I would never get veneers from a dentist with so little experience). The dentist was nice but told me he only has been there for a week and was working at a public health clinic before that. I'm curious if they have a problem keeping dentists? I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is something that needs to be shared. When I got a bill from them... It said I had a $300 balance as there was a $274 "Unspecified Diagnostic Procedure" when I called to discuss the bill, they didn't even ask what was wrong, they just said it was an error with my insurance company. I'm curious how many people they try to screw over that don't catch this. Again...They didn't even clean my teeth! Which is why I came in the first place! Look at your bill, this place is not trustworthy and cannot deliver the basic services.

My 18 year old college student recently called me from her dorm literally crying in pain saying her jaw hurt. We got in with our dentist same day and were referred to Endodontic Associates as it appeared a nerve died in a tooth that had a cavity filled a few years back. They got us in within 25 minutes, diagnosed her, and to my great surprise offered to do the root canal the same day. My daughter came out of the procedure saying that it went smoothly and she had no pain or discomfort throughout. She reiterated how friendly, caring and nice Dr. Sparrow and his staff were. He explained everything and even drew a diagram to show my daughter exactly what to expect prior to getting started. She woke this morning to no pain and was back to her typical self. Thank you for getting my girl out of pain so quickly. Every single person I've encountered at this office was friendly, knowledgeable, diligent, courteous, and helpful. From reception, billing, assistants, nurses and doctors...amazing every step! We are so grateful:)
