Let me start off by saying the people who performed my services (pedi & SNS dip mani) were good!! They were nice and professional. The reason I am giving one star is because the brands/products they use at this salon are very cheap and it shows. I wanted coral & white dip powder on my nails. The white looked more like grey and the coral came out hot pink. He tried to put white gel on top to fix the white nails that looked grey but it's been less than 24 hours & they have already chipped. If they invested in better products they would be better!! $40 for my nails to chip the next day is crazy! I'm heading on vacation & cant get them fixed but even if I wasn't I wouldn't go back here. read more

I get my hair cut next door and thought this place would be convenient. The place is dirty and way too expensive. I got SNS nails on my hands & gel on my toes, the bill was $113 (not including tip). Typically after your nails are done, they lotion rub your arms--didn't happen. The nail bottles of solution were caked with caked on gunk, everywhere there was garbage--cleaning is not a top priority. The lady kept getting up and going somewhere else doing things and touching other people and didn't wash up after she came back. I had to ask the nail tech to take it easy with the drill, she literally burned my one fingernail and several others got hot. The nail file was not new, clearly used on other people and the tools were not taken out of a sanitary pack. I really should have dried my feet off and left. I will not be back. read more

This place is nice and the tanning beds are really nice! I got a simple gel polish on my toes and hands. I bought tanning lotion and tanned as well. I gave a $5 tip but the young prettish (sorta) girl who was so nice suddenly was not so nice. She acted like it wasn't enough tip. Oops my bad. I have really bad ingrowns in all 10 of my toes. I have visited over 20 different nail salons and the don't know what they are doing or they say they know and don't know what they are doing. They usually cut it on a diagonal and it relieves the pressure then and there but when it grows out it hurts and gets swollen and infected. Holly, who specializes in ingrowns, knew exactly what she was doing! She cut straight all the way down the toe and dug it out. She was very caring asking if I was ok the whole time because it is a very painful process. This is the nail salon I have been looking for for the past 3 years! I tanned here and loved it! It's such a great deal for single tans including the higher beds. There is no check-in hassle, no high pressure sales, just fast and efficient. If you've tanned before you'll love it for them not wasting your time, if not you may want to ask questions if you have them cause they will just assume you know what you're doing. They are happy to help of course, both employees we interacted with were nice and helpful. They do have you clean your own bed, I'm fine with that cause I've worked at a tanning salon before. I actually trust my own cleaning than an employee anyway. The bed I used was great, we had the same bed at my salon I worked at. They could replace the acrylic however, it's really really cracked, probably from people using bad product like oils. Also the bed could use a deep clean, like under the acrylic and the filters need to be vacuumed. So kind of dusty in hose places, but I don't think it was any different than the solar dimensions salons I went to, maybe they just don't clean those places around here. Anyway, great experience, saw color quickly, for sure be going back. If I would have known about this place I would have never done a solar dimensions membership, this one is way better and you don't have to deal with bitchy employees! read more

I had a great first time experience at this nail salon with Cindy. She did an amazing job on my dip powder manicure and I was 100% satisfied with the result. They use these nice hand warmers while the polish is being soaked off, it's a bit warm but I was surprised how much it relaxed my hands. I will be going back for my next manicure, and can't wait to go back to try out a pedicure. The establishment itself is very large and clean, can definitely hold up 10+ customers at a time. I paid $55 for coffin shaped nails. These are not coffin shaped nails. The salon as a whole was nice and everyone was very polite but it did feel a bit rushed. There are some nails that are noticeably different lengths and shapes like none of them are even with my other hand and I didn't realize it until after. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. I am sorry to say I can't recall my technician's name but she has a young child of 2.5. She was most excellent and very attentive. I can't give 5 stars at this time because I haven't put any wear or tear on my feet yet and,to me, that is the proof in the pudding. Def would return. Ok. So about 3 hrs later I notice that my left big toe and right 3rd had flaws. And this was after staying under the fans for an additional 15 and then just driving for the next hour. Absolutely the WORST nail salon I've ever been to. I walked in feeling up and happy ended up walking out in a bad mood. There was no greeting, they told me where to sit and just got started on my nails. The girl that was working on me went in the back to eat while I was still sitting in her chair. I had to go back in about 5days because the edges started to lift...on all 10nails. They were catching on everything.. I've only gone for their pedicures and waxings, and this place does both fine. Nothing amazing, but decent nonetheless. That being said, I still find them overpriced, unprofessional, and severely lacking in the customer service department. The owner, whose name I have yet to catch (which says something on its own), definitely has a preference for his regulars, which are the bored, over-tanned, and highly annoying housewives of Sugarloaf Country Club. And that's fine. Every salon is entitled to preference their regulars. But it's definitely unfair when you get knocked to the back of the queue for no reason other than him preferencing the customers who fawn all over him, aka blond, fried, and dim-witted stay-at-home moms. If we lived in Mayberry, Classy Nails and Tan would replace Floyd's Barber Shop as the place everyone goes to get their personal grooming done while hanging out with friends and chatting about local happenings. Took my son with me when I got my nails done - he also got a manicure - I asked if he cam soak his feet in the water, they said nit problem. When I paid, I asked what he extra $5 was for. They said it was the price to soak your sons feet. Ridiculous....if you want to have a horrible policy of charging to soak you feet in the water then tell the customer first. ABSOLUTE WORST manicure and pedicure ever! They didn't even get the nail polish off my nails before they started with the next color. I had a sore on one of my fingers (near my knuckle) that they used the acetone on so vigorously that it broke the bandaid. Ouch!! They also broke and then filed TWO of my natural nails down to the quick. Needless to say, I will go to any other salon in the area and NEVER waste money here again..... and they charged me the full amount of money even though I didn't even requested to not have them put the gel on my fingers and toes.... SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! If you haven't noticed, there are many other nail salons in the area (within a 1/10th of a mile) that actually do a pretty good job and don't ruin your nails. I've never written a bad review on Yelp and I hope I don't have to ever have such a horrible experience again.
