This is my favorite Palm Beach Tan location. Not only does the staff greet you with a friendly attitude and treat you wonderfully, the spray tan booth is consistently great here. I have noticed that not all locations are the same and the spray tan booth does not always tan me at other locations. This is the only location that has been consistent. R U D E staff dirty facility sing up for unlimited bed and spay salon was planned to become a loyalty costumer as I was @SouthBeachTanSalon in Miami before moved here. I guess I will have to move back if I want to get a VIP costumer services like I am use to. Even after I mention that I was looking for unlimited bed and spay the front desk keep telling me about the under prices deals. After I asked for the best lotions she keep showing me the cheap ones....what is the wrong?? I have no clue I just did circulated about $500 there for the tans and lotions but after see the bed dirty for the hole time of about 3 weeks that included bugs all around the floor next to the bed edge also in one of the towers one day. I really liked my experience here up until I decided to cancel my membership. I cancelled and then went and checked my bank account while on a vacation only to see I was charged for another month and it was x3 what I normally pay! I called and was told the manager would call me back because she was "tanning". I was called back 30 minutes later only to get the worst attitude from a "manager" that sounded 15 years old. Her name was Hannah and never in my life have I been treated that was by anyone. She told me it took 5-7 business days to process my cancellation and then proceeded to tell me I needed to cancel my member ship AGAIN before the 25th of the month. I already cancelled it once and didn't understand why I had to do this again. She said "they should have went over this with you when you got the membership sooo that's all I can do." and then hung up. NEVER COME HERE!!! read more

I love this location. The beds are good, kept clean and functional. I've never encountered a staff member there that wasn't overly friendly and helpful and thy have a great selection of high and low priced lotions/accessories. The customer service is awesome and they have made right any problem I've ever had with a smile on their face. By far one of the best PBT locations I've tanned at. read more

If I could give this place -10, I would. First of all, I signees up for a 1 month package. All I can tell you is just say "no" to the spray tan. As a result I was unable to match ANY makeup to my "skintone" because of the excessive amount of green pigment in their spray tan. Aside from that, they continued to bill me account for 4 months after I'd canceled my 1 month membership, even though I'd changed me debit card number to prevent them from further billing me. When I inquired with my bank, they informed me that palm beach tan pays an extra amount to be able to bill you, even though you changed debit cards. When I called their "866" number to get info as to why I'm being billed 4 months after I officially canceled my membership, the woman I spoke to was rude and arrogant. I finally had to go to my bank physically to stop the payment and file a fraud claim. The person at my bank that helped me let me know that Palm Beach Tan is notorious for this type of behavior and they immediately credited my funds. If I had the option to give zero stars I would. I put my account on "freeze" and was told by the Manager that there is not a fee associated with freezing your account. I have been charged once a month since June. The explanation I received from management is there is a fee that goes to my "tan dollars". I asked for a refund and to cancel and the only way I can sign the cancellation form is "in person" so I cannot have the form emailed to me. I asked for the District Manager to call me so I could get my refund and have my account cancelled and have not received a call. The worst customer service. I went in for the offer they put out on Google. 4 free tans in 7 days. I have full intentions on joining a tanning salon, but would like to check them out first. I went in for my final 7th day and 4th tan and the lady was very rude and short with me and told me they had expired the day before. Well, no 7 days in any counting way is still the same. She tried to convince me my time was up the prior day. Sorry, but I learned to count in kindergarten. She embarrassed me in front of other customers, looked at me like I was stupid, rolled her eyes, and stared me down. I don't find this behavior acceptable in any service related industry. I was shocked and appalled b/c I am pretty sure the man standing next to her is the owner. I can't believe with business practices like that, they are still in business. As a local business owner myself, it is a really sad that people are this way. So, tomorrow I will be going to Solar Dimensions and joining there instead. read more

I really love this location. I tan pretty regularly during the week. The facility is always clean and has the latest tanning products. The ladies who are there when I typically go in - Winter and Nicole, they're always very helpful and knowledgeable. :) read more

Honestly this was the worst tanning salon I have ever been to. They have the rudest employees and are generally unappealing towards new customers, as well as unforgiving. Definitely read over their contract before doing anything, it was impossible to cancel the membership and I was overcharged. read more
