After 10+ years, I canceled due to repeated failures to notify me by phone when my business alarm was triggered--a service they provided reliably until a recent management/ownership change. They claimed it was "no longer possible." Yet today, while removing equipment POST-CANCELLATION, police were dispatched for an alarm--despite assurances that I had **no active service**. Allow me to add my discontent to the large pile of other customers already having done so. Avoid this company at all costs.

I asked the gentleman if I owed him anything as he left and he said that he doesn't deal with any of that... fair enough. We left for a vacation to Alaska and had a bill for $113 dollars (after a $6 courtesy discount) when we returned for an hour of labor. I guess it's on me for not checking that I would be charged for an hour of labor regardless of how long the call was. It took me by surprise and I would have appreciated someone on the phone telling me I would be charged for an hour, regardless of the length of time the call took. Lesson learned.
