Reasonable price. BUT I didn't change my review because I also paid $1250 ten days ago, one-half of balance, to redo an electrical box. I was told it would be done quickly and then I was ghosted. No response to calls or text messages for updates last week. I was hoping to give a better review based on the one good thing that they did, but unfortunately that's not the case.

The bad: The gentleman was at my house for less than 9 minutes (I went back to our security recording to check exactly how long he was here). I asked the gentleman if I owed him anything as he left and he said that he doesn't deal with any of that... fair enough. We left for a vacation to Alaska and had a bill for $113 dollars (after a $6 courtesy discount) when we returned for an hour of labor. I guess it's on me for not checking that I would be charged for an hour of labor regardless of how long the call was. It took me by surprise and I would have appreciated someone on the phone telling me I would be charged for an hour, regardless of the length of time the call took. Lesson learned.

The difference was night and day. From the very first phone call, he was incredibly prompt, professional, and easy to work with. They came out, laid everything out clearly, and walked me through the entire plan so there were no surprises. They are highly knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to jump right in and take over the project. They even took care of all care of all the cite plans. If you want a team that actually shows up, and communicates well these are the people! I wish I would've contacted him first!

I had them replace the AC in April of 2023 and they gave the lowest bid and they were clear in communication, there were no hidden fees. Exceptional Service, Quality Work, Competitive pricing...Highly recommmend!…read more We had both of our HVAC systems( AC units, furnaces, and all new ductwork) replaced by McGee Refrigeration, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our lead installer, Troy, and his crew were truly outstanding. Troy is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes great pride in his work. His communication and customer service were top-notch. He kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we were completely satisfied every step of the way. He was consistently polite, thoughtful, and professional. Troy went above and beyond, and treated our home as if it were his own. This was not a simple installation. Our home presented some unique challenges, but McGee handled everything seamlessly and helped us navigate solutions in a very cost-conscious way. Their estimate was accurate, there were no surprise upcharges, and tbeir pricing was very competitive. We are so glad we chose McGee Refrigeration and would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
