The plumber came around 8:20am Thursday. Stuff happens but if they couldn't make it during the timeframe they gave me, they should've called me to tell me not to wait around. It was also $120 just to snake one shower drain and the plumber wouldn't take a check, he said they would send a bill. The price seemed high for 10 minutes of work and I would rather have taken care of the payment on the same day. I'm glad to have the drain unclogged but I won't be calling Chet's again.
