Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services. We are customers for life.

After scheduling an appt. for 8/14, we arrived at home a week before and found an individual with a…read morevan in our drive surveying our home, who said he was told to arrive that day. We informed him our appt. was not until the 14th and he complained about the scheduling dept. We requested whole house duct cleaning, pus dryer vent cleaning. The tech clamped a hose from the vacuum machine and started the unit stating would take 30 minutes to deep clean. We noticed the hose to the machine was crimped and machine obviously straining as it was not pulling any air from the vents. The tech (Ron) said that was OK, it would still clean but we proved it wasn't working so he said we would only have to pay for the dryer vent cleaning, which he had only collected about a hand full of lint from. So we paid for that ($79). We would definitely not use this service again. Very poor value and waste of our time and money.

Do not use Patriot Heating & Air in Pace! I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews, especially…read morefor small businesses, but this situation is too egregious to not warn others. Patriot Heating & Air installed a mini split in our home that was built in 2023, and we have had nothing but trouble with it since that time. It leaked all down the wall and ruined the drywall in our bonus room and the ceiling of the garage. We had Patriot out 3 separate times to "fix" it, and they never actually fixed it. They just did quick fixes by emptying the drain line and then the problem would start all over again after a little time passed. When we reached out to the owner, he told us his labor warranty had expired, even though it has never been installed correctly from the start, and we were continuously calling them out to fix it. It wasn't until our builder called him that he agreed to send someone out to once again "fix" it and guess what, it started leaking again shortly after. Additionally, every time we contacted the owner, he said it would be 2-3 weeks for them to get out here, and that's if he responded at all. We typically had to call and text multiple times before we received a response. Four other AC companies have come out, and they all said the drain line was installed incorrectly. In fact, two companies even said this is the worst installation job they have ever seen. Fortunately, our builders are making this situation right since Patriot wouldn't. The drywall was repaired and the mini split was fully reinstalled by another company that did a fantastic job. This situation is really unfortunate because we have used Patriot in the past to fix the ac unit at our old house, and they had always been great. Apparently they need to stick with repairs and not installations. Patriot Heating & Air does not stand behind their work, and I don't recommend doing business with them.

They have also provided me with non-electronic air filters that are far better and less expensive than the previous. The system runs better than ever. They also supply the filters for me.

But, the fellow that just called me said it was "strange" I owned my apartment/condo and that the company has never done work for me. You also advertise "no additional charge for emergency services" but he said pricing would start at $300 for after hours. He didn't ask me to confirm my address. As I was rapidly losing interest in the conversation, another company called. "No," he told me. He said he'd bring the equipment back in and clean under it an put it up on foam blocks. I also asked him to do the same with 2 pieces of light furniture in the other room he cleaned. I just went into both rooms and the carpet in front of these 3 pieces is damp but completely dry underneath all 3. This means that all he did was put them up on these foam blocks. So what happens if I want to move that dresser or the other two pieces?
