He was brilliant in testing all components to determine the culprit, instead of simply replacing the typical offending part one at a time until the unit was repaired. In addition, he did not charge until I actually needed a repair, not the simple call service fee. Do not go any further than superior, and especially use them if you have a problem that may be complex. There is no smarter, more honest, or reliable tech out there.

Do not use Patriot Heating & Air in Pace! I'm not in the habit of writing bad reviews, especially…read morefor small businesses, but this situation is too egregious to not warn others. Patriot Heating & Air installed a mini split in our home that was built in 2023, and we have had nothing but trouble with it since that time. It leaked all down the wall and ruined the drywall in our bonus room and the ceiling of the garage. We had Patriot out 3 separate times to "fix" it, and they never actually fixed it. They just did quick fixes by emptying the drain line and then the problem would start all over again after a little time passed. When we reached out to the owner, he told us his labor warranty had expired, even though it has never been installed correctly from the start, and we were continuously calling them out to fix it. It wasn't until our builder called him that he agreed to send someone out to once again "fix" it and guess what, it started leaking again shortly after. Additionally, every time we contacted the owner, he said it would be 2-3 weeks for them to get out here, and that's if he responded at all. We typically had to call and text multiple times before we received a response. Four other AC companies have come out, and they all said the drain line was installed incorrectly. In fact, two companies even said this is the worst installation job they have ever seen. Fortunately, our builders are making this situation right since Patriot wouldn't. The drywall was repaired and the mini split was fully reinstalled by another company that did a fantastic job. This situation is really unfortunate because we have used Patriot in the past to fix the ac unit at our old house, and they had always been great. Apparently they need to stick with repairs and not installations. Patriot Heating & Air does not stand behind their work, and I don't recommend doing business with them.

I hired a different company and they fixed the problem for $550. They advertise and led me to believe they would fix the unit. They only wanted to charge me money and didn't care to fix it. I found this company on Yelp and they coordinated a cleaning the next day for the day which was…read moreawesome. Unfortunately the tech had trouble finding us as the end of the day. He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet. I'm extremely disappointed that I paid $150 plus $20 tip, three attempts and a vacuum full of debris collected only from this room.
