Hottest temps in the last three years and, although our unit is only 5 years old, the motor went bad. Late afternoon, no break from the heat, so I called Wade. Being late afternoon, I figured it would be the next day at the earliest. Initially, that was the time given, although the replacement motor (under warranty) would not arrive until Monday. But about 6:30pm, Mr. Wade calls me and asks what the horsepower on the inside unit was on the label. After telling him, he said he actually had a replacement from a different unit and would be right over. After 7pm, he arrives, fixes the unit, and we'll be able to sleep comfortably tonight. Local, reliable, honest, reasonable, dependable...I cannot say enough good about Wade AC. Thank you Mr. Wade!

I called their office number and left a message as soon as I had a work order number, about 5 in the afternoon. Within FIVE minutes of my call, Mr. McGreevy called me back. I told him about the leak, and he actually told me how I could fix the backed-up line on my own by hooking up a Shop-Vac to the outside drain line and sucking the clog out. He wouldn't have been able to come out for a couple of days, and gave me specific instructions. By spending just a couple of minutes talking me through it, not only did I save hours of dumping buckets and cleanup, but also the $100 trade fee he would've had to collect! They truly have your best interests and quick resolution in mind.

Since Monday September 15 (Monday) we had no AC and our houses temperature reached a ridiculous temperature of 89. I called Patrick Taylor from Taylor AC and I told him about my issues. I told him I was just looking for estimates and if he does them for free which he replied YES. He said he could be out there and look at what I had. I received his estimate that night and told him that I would like his assistance in getting me a new AC. On Wednesday the equipment was dropped of at his company and he said he will be here today to install it (Thursday). I was super pleased because I thought it was going to be another week but it was the next day. His team got here and went right to work. They were incredible and fast and efficient on getting us comfortable again. After a couple of hours we noticed our temperature dropping from 89 to about 80 and could feel the difference. What I liked most about the company that if they didn't like or how it looked they went back and fixed it. They were very picky on how they were making my AC look. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has AC issues. I could ramble on but he and his team have no idea of how I feel about them and their work.
