Even after we tried a club out they didn't even try to engage us. We left and went to Galaxy Golf with the perception of it being corporate. HUGELY mistaken. Lance gave us some time on the floor. Walked in around 4:00 pm on a Monday. Store was not busy and had 1-2 other customers. The drivers were all zip tied in and I hovered in that area for a solid amount of time. No greeting, no check in, no "thank you for checking in". Heading to another store and not coming back. 3-4 employees were conversing by the cashier area where no customers were. This is my 2nd attempt coming in within the last few months and same experience. I really tried, but am writing this review to share my experience and to warn other shoppers to go to a different spot. Huge let down and most likely won't return nor advise anyone to go to this store in person.

I love Cobra irons! I wanted to get a new set of clubs because I thought technology would help me keep up with my son. I told Ben to just hand me clubs and not to worry about brand. I want whatever fits my swing, giving me more distance and accuracy. He did just that and my irons through driver all came out to be Callaway Mavriks. Ben set the clubs up to my specs and just yesterday, from the tees right under the back tees, I shot a 77. I have been targeting my clubs in at the range and wow....they hit accurate, with ease and give me distance. The shafts are the key!! I kiss my clubs all the time now because from 230 out, I have a chance to hit the green with ease! Thanks Ben! You have a convert in me. I gave Ben and Jason a call to talk through what I was looking for. They were both super helpful and answered every question I had. To my surprise, they were able to obtain the unobtainable heads and shafts, build them, and ship them out to me in a week. Their attention to detail was just exemplary and confirmed every detail with me, including the type of ferrule I wanted on the clubs. I've had clubs custom fitted and made before, but these guys are in a class of their own. I know I will be making equipment changes in the future, and I can't wait to work with Ben and Jason again! Hoped to buy shoes in person. Tech system for requesting shoes to try on wasn't allowing me to…read morechoose my size --a very common women's size. Sales associate offered to help. Confirmed that they didn't have most of the shoes I was looking for in any size lower than a women's 8. She then put in an order for the one brand in my size. She then left the service area. 20 minutes later no shoes had come out so I used the tech system to put the order in again. Lots of sales people bringing shoes to others so finally I stopped one to try to get help (25 minutes in) and he rudely told me I need to be patient. Better prices of these brands of shoe are also certainly available online. If there's no decent customer service or ability to try on shoes in common sizes, why visit this store? I won't be back!
