    I do not like leaving bad reviews to start off, but in this circumstance I was completely baffled,…read moreI recently bought a new rifle and scope combination and I called G4 and asked if they could mount the scope on my rifle for me and boresight it, Jeff said sure he could do that for me, but was backed up just a couple days due to the show they just completed but would be back to work on the 10th with 2 guns ahead of me. This is like a 20 minute process anytime I've had this done just for reference, so several days go by and I call on Thursday to see how it's coming and I was told he hasn't gotten to it, but should be no problem by Friday or Saturday. Still no word so I'm patient, the following week gets started, still no word by Wednesday, so I call again and talk with Jeff, I ask him how it's coming, I was told again he hasn't gotten to it and that paying customers in the store take priority. Whoa wait a minute, I'm not a paying customer, I'm purchasing all hardware, plus additional gear to complete my work on this 20 minute job !!!!!! I stopped by G4 on Friday and was told oh yeah I should be able to get to it today, oh yeah it will be done today. I told him I've waited 10 days with plenty of excuses, I want my rifle and scope and I left the store. Too me I believe I had plenty of patience, but this experience has really soured my tongue for ever wanting to expect service from this facility. Sorry but this really is not good business practices!!!!!!!!!

Over the weekend, our family decided to go to DSG, we ended up spending $149~, it was $100 gift cards and the rest was cash. I didn't realize my toddler slipped in some random $17 socks, so I went in the next day to return them. I was met with Oscar, he was nice. I asked if I could get a cash refund since it was a small amount, he said no, due to it's based on whatever majority payment method was used. I leave it at that, I am disappointed because I really don't need $17 gc, I would like cash back. As I am walking back I am reading the back of the receipt, where it says refund will be made on initial form of payment, not majority used like Oscar advised. I spoke with my husband who was frustrated, told him what I read and what was said. My husband thought of work around, we can buy a more expensive item, use cash first for the majority and use the gift cards for the rest. So my husband goes in to try that. Oscar explains, no we can't do that, that it's the system gravitating towards a card. My husband points out what the receipt says, Oscar says it shows on the website, but does not bring it up. My husband returns to the car frustrated, because Oscar just lied and instead of asking for helped, insisted on dying on the hill the customer isn't always right. At this point, I'm going back into the store. I see Oscar talking among his colleagues talking about what just happened with my husband. Im still nice, but I request a supervisor. Supervisor explains Oscar is wrong it's not Majority it's just how the system works. I ask him, how does he want to correct this, and he just offers to cash it. It was such a simple fix. Oscar just needed guidance on how to navigate. I felt like this issue didn't need us as many times going into the store, If Oscar just asked for guidance in the beginning. It was frustrating experience overall. I'm glad we got the result we wanted, but just having to go through hoops, and it was a waste of time. Personally for me, this location left a poor taste, just because I am in customer service. I felt like the training could have been better. I appreciate the supervisor making it right.
