Alan a manager came out to inspect and give us options on how we can proceed in replacing our current AC. He was incredibly well informed and very knowledgable in explaining what our best options were. He called the office on the spot to set up an appointment for a service tech to come out and see if we could first fix the AC before doing a total replacement. Alan offered to bring us a window AC unit due to me being in my late 3rd trimester to make sure I am comfortable in the mean time. Sonny the service tech came out and found the problem with the AC unit in record time! We had a previous company come out and told us it was the compressor and quoted us at 7k to replace. It was in fact the capacitor that was not working. Sonny fixed the issue incredibly fast and now we have perfect working AC just in time for the heatwave. He was extremely professional and helpful in answering all of our questions. 10/10 I could rave all day about how wonderful Alan and Sonny were in helping fix our AC issue in a timely manner with out breaking our wallets with a baby on the way. I will be only using Millers Air for life and will let all my family and friends know this is the only option for AC services they'll ever need. Alan and Sonny I whole heartedly thank you 1000x over for your incredible service and kindness!

Miller's AC & Heating was my first call, I requested they repair our Dual Heating System. They had an appointment the very next day. Tony arrived early. He immediately understood the problem with the dual system. He skillfully set it up so it would work while he ordered the part required. He explained everything, was super friendly, quick, and efficient. We are excited to have heat while we wait for our part to arrive and be installed. Toni was a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to a fully functional Heating System. Sonny finished the job today...he was a pleasure to work with. Our builder did not mark any of the components, fortunately he solved the puzzle, and we now have a fully functioning Dual Heating System. I very highly recommend Miller's Air Conditioning & Heating...A++

Josh, the owner, helped me swap out an old, inefficient 5 ton gas furnace/AC for an all electric Fujitsu multi zone system (3 ton downstairs, 1 ton upstairs). There was zero sales pressure, and running the multi-zone setup has saved me a ton of money on energy bills, esp on days when the upstairs gets so hot but the downstairs stays cool! Because of their elite contractor status, I even got an unheard of 12 year warranty! It is so refreshing to work with a genuine local business that's passionate about what they do instead of a massive corporate company. Josh and his team offer fair rates, top tier work, and stay super responsive long after the installation is complete. Customer for life!

The pervious company I engaged with told me not to get a permit and that my life would be easier, that company had also installed my heating unit several years back. Well, fast forward today and I just didn't feel comfortable not using a permit, mostly because of a nosy neighbor. I called Global Heating because I noticed the great reviews on Yelp to explain to Giovanni my situation. He gave me a price range over the phone for the job done right (I sent him some pictures/measurements), with permits everything included and it was around the same price as the other guys (who were clearly taking advantage of me!). When Giovanni showed up, he noticed the heater they put in several years ago was installed incorrectly, he would need to make some changes and bring it up to code... Well guess what, he did not change his price that he gave me on the phone, not even by $1. Great guy, great company, and most importantly someone you can trust. Wish everyone was like Giovanni and Global Heating, as all of us who live in the Bay Area know, that certainly is not the case.

I sent out quotes and while one company (named after a music genre) replied with an appointment for one week LATER (no, just no: I'm not going to survive with no AC for 7 days with temps from the high 80s to high 100s) so I sat back to wait for other quotes with a closer appointment within a day or two. Jay from JE Moore Air Conditioning reached out to me and asked about my AC's symptoms (AC turns on, fan turns on, condenser turns on - yes, yes, no). Jay mentioned that my AC's capacitors may have died and was able to squeeze me in between his scheduled jobs THE DAY OF my quote inquiry to take a look. Note: your mileage may vary depending on YOUR AC symptoms and the jobs that Jay has scheduled for the day. My central air was fixed (failed capacitors was the culprit), a couple Benjamins from my wallet migrated successfully over to Jay, and I'm good to go. Cash preferred but checks accepted at a higher premium (I paid cash). THANKS, Jay!

Ulises Renteria was fantastic…read more He arrived right at the start of the estimated appointment time. With his experience in the industry, he was able to ask the important questions which drilled down to the root cause of the issue. My HVAC system worked working after a heat surge. He looked at the unit and replaced circuit board. He also highly advised on adding surge protector to the furnace to protect against future surge events. After replacing board he further diagnosed and found and replaced the damaged single pole contactor. The repair took two separate days due to ordering of equipment, but scheduling was a breeze and he made quick work of replacing necessary parts of the system. It is now back to being operational and cooling. The total cost was about $2.3k, which is on the higher price but reasonable (per online forums) due to model of the unit. He allowed me to split my payment into 2 since I was waiting for a credit card to arrive in mail. Thank you Ulises!

I explained we just want honest and licensed people who are kind and want to do good for their customers... I answered all his questions and he didn't like that I didn't know certain information. He became very combative to me and telling me I didn't need to be upset. He was intentionally making the conversation about him and he was definitely in his feelings. I didn't yell or shout I simply explained I already told you the cordesnsor was on the ground, why are you still asking me if it's on the roof???? His attitude was piss poor and literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had to date. He continued to target my increasing agitation and making it about him. Knowing I was in a vulnerable way when I even called because I explained to him. I would not recommend this company and after seeing all the 1 star reviews I understand. They are taking advantage of people and it shows. How someone could not have compassion on the phone with someone who clearly was expressing despair, is just beyond me. I would not want someone representing my company in this way. I work in commercial real estate and I deal with thousands of vendors. This is just shameful.
