Todd from Awesome Heating and Air was AWESOME. Our A/C went down during the 106° heatwave and we called Awesome. Todd came by, the same day, on his way home from another job. He not only quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, but was able to source a blower that was going to be available quickly. Todd came back as soon as the motor was available and replaced it quickly. He was such a nice guy and while I hope to not have to call him again soon, I definitely would! read more

Friday evening before the Labor Day weekend our start capacitor on the AC condenser fan motor gave up on us. Based on some Facebook recommendations, my wife gave Todd a call. He was responsive and willing to make time for us Saturday morning. He arrived at the agreed upon time which was early in the morning. Upon arrival, he was sensitive to how early it was and was able to give me a quick diagnosis that confirmed my suspicions. The proposed solution and cost were agreeable, and the problem was solved very quickly. I even learned a thing or two about the diagnosing process. Awesome Heating and Air Conditioning is a stellar example of a small local business. Would not hesitate to utilize their services again. THANK YOU!! read more

We use Awesome Heating and Air quite often (for multiple units). The owner is great, honest and dedicated. His crew is just as great! About time I wrote a review for Todd! He's helped us a few times in the last 10 years.....the latest was with my mother in laws house. Todd is so friendly. He knows exactly what he's talking about. During this busy time right now he was able to fit us in his schedule. He's super trustworthy too! Fixed exactly what was needed without trying to upsell everything. Thank you so much for all of your help! You really are AWESOME! read more

Todd and Pete were both absolutely wonderful. From first call to job finished was under 2 hours. We'd been waiting 6 days for another vendor. Pete was prepared, knowledgeable, polite and well, awesome. Five stars is not enough. read more

Just a thank you to Todd of Awesome Heating and Air. My plumber had dumped a bucket of PVC fittings on my lawn looking for a part. Todd was driving by and stopped to see if he could offer any assistance with a PVC part. Just a nice outreach and sincerely appreciated the thought since I had a plumbing emergency. read more

Todd saved my day, my weekend!! Our A/C broke at the worst possible time, during Labor Day weekend, on a Saturday when I was in the middle of doing flower arrangements (my side gig is floral design) for a wedding the next day. During our heat wave in Dublin (114 degrees) with the AC broken, my flowers began to bloom and wilt too quickly! My worst nightmare as a florist was happening - I was afraid of ruining my client's wedding with dead flowers! I called Todd on Saturday at 6pm (later found out he was in the middle of dinner with his wife!) and begged him to come same-day. He squeezed me in for a late house call and came 2 hours later. He fixed our AC and SAVED THE DAY! Thank you so much! He is now our go-to HVAC guy, and we'll be recommending him to anyone who will listen! read more

Todd is great. 105 degrees today. AC failed. Called him at 6:30pm. Said he had 5 more on the schedule and would try and make it by. 9:30 pm he knocks on the door. Came in and gave my AC system a thorough review. Took a Freon reading and it was fine. Found that my system had frozen over. Running all day in the heat with limited airflow caused the freeze. Operator error. We got it unfrozen. And working. 20 min visit. Tried to pay him. But he refused to take any payment because he didn't do anything except train me how to better utilize my Multi zone AC system. This is the second time I have had Todd work on our system. He impressed me both times. He is our go to heating and AC guy. He's earned my business. I'm very impressed. Thanks Todd. You do great work. read more

Upon moving into a brand new home, we discovered that our dryer was not efficiently drying clothing. We even bought a brand new dryer along with washer because we thought it was the previous owner's old dryer which was the issue. Thereafter, we got all the vents in the house as well as the furnace cleaned ($$$) and still, the issue remained. Our dryer just wouldn't work. We were advised by the guys who cleaned our vents that we needed a new dryer line as the current one was inside the wall and had too many turns and twists; therefore making it more susceptible to blockage. We called around and got some quotes...some high and some mid range. Problem was...nobody was willing to come out the week of Thanksgiving. I spoke to Todd and he was very straightforward, gave me a bark park estimate and came out to consult us on the situation that same weekend. He then was able to fix the issue by installing a new metal pipe and even cleaning the AC unit next to where the pipe was opening. He also sealed the old pipe openings with a metal piece to avoid pests from entering the house. The price we paid was exactly what he had quoted. No surprises! Todd was friendly and understanding. He gave his opinion while hearing us out and was genuinely there to help us solve our issue. Highly recommend him to others with Home Heating and Cooling needs! Thank you so much - you guys are truly awesome. read more

I was in need of a new HVAC. Todd was very professional and timely in the installation. The prices very reasonable and I'm very happy.

Todd made it a priority to meet with me asap and diagnose the issue, which he was able to resolve during that same visit. I can highly recommend working with Todd who is honest, trustful and sincere and won't try to talk you into anything you don't want or need. read more

Two young gentlemen came and fixed my AC. Very prompt service, with full explanation of the work, what they find, how they fix. The AC is now back running well, helping our family cope with the heat wave. I am so thankful that I give them a big tip. read more

Since the mid 1990's, Todd has been my HVAC technician. First as a property manager at high end apartment homes. Having nearly 350 units to manage, Todd was at my property weekly. Not only was he quick to respond, he was always friendly and fairly priced. Pleasing tenants can be hard. Never one complaint about Todd. Now after 20 years in the Real Estate industry, Todd is still the only one I call or refer to clients, friends or family. Late night concerns from a client or a panic call from someone in the heat or cold! He has always come through and saved the day. WITHOUT breaking the bank! read more

I can't thank Todd enough. Called him last minute at the start of a heat wave, 111 for the next couple days. Tom from Awseome heating and air just left my house. I called today with a serious issue: both of our furnaces went out and the house was freezing! Tom returned my call in about 90 minutes and came promptly after that. He was able to go get the part that was busted and replace it the same day, so we wouldn't have a cold house overnight. He was professional and personable, and supremely competent. Hopefully I won't need his services any time soon, but the next time we need HVAC work done he will be my first call. read more

Air conditioning quit on Memorial Day yesterday. 100 degree weather, a holiday and Covid lockdown limitations. Everyone closed or not answering. Todd returned my call at 9pm, was at my house by 10pm and fixed the unit by 10:30pm. I could not believe it. A holiday and and pandemic and Todd delivered!!!!! Thank you!!! read more

Right now 90% of HVAC people you call will try to sell you a new system with no attempt to even look at anything older than a few years. NOT Todd.... he takes pride in troubleshooting, understanding the root cause of any issues, looks carefully at the problem, listens to the customer and provides the lowest cost, best possible solution. I can't stress this enough... by listening to my tenant explain what previous so-called "HVAC service" techs had said, he combined that with his own evaluation and got furnace up and running. Todd is now my go-to HVAC guy for all properties we manage!!!!! read more

Todd is the most knowledgeable and competent Heating & Air conditioning guy I've met. He has replaced an old A/C with a high-efficient puron-based Carrier A/C at our previous home in 2009, and a high-efficient Rheem Heating & A/C system in the current home back in 2012. His quotes were very reasonable and installation typically takes him about a day with excellent workmanship. I recently had to call him for maintenance of the unit at my rental which didn't output cold enough air in A/C mode anymore. He made it a priority to meet with me asap and diagnose the issue, which he was able to resolve during that same visit. I can highly recommend working with Todd who is honest, trustful and sincere and won't try to talk you into anything you don't want or need. read more

Called on a Monday and made appointment for Wed. Called on Tue to confirm. On Wed he was no show (no call, no text, no email) so I called him, left message. Todd did a great job for us repairing our A/C. It was painless. I called, he came out and took a look at our system. He explained what my options were and called me the next day with a quote as promised, I told him what I wanted, he showed up and competed the job. Easy. read more

We recently moved into an older townhouse and had a huge electric bill. We had Todd come out to evaluate our system and let us know if it needs maintenance or to be replaced. Todd did a really through job and explained what he was doing as he went. He took apart the furnace, climbed up into the crawl space, took reading on all the registers, examined the air conditioner, went over the duct work. We learned so much from his explanations of what we had and then going through what our options were. Bottom line was that we had a really old air conditioner that is probably inefficient but doesn't really need replacing right now. He also suggested ways we could cool off one of our upstairs bedrooms and nicely hinted that the high electric bill could be due to the hot tub. We were impressed with his thoroughness, knowledge and professionalism. Definitely recommend him and will contact him when the AC unit starts breaking down. read more

Todd was AMAZING. It was over 100 degrees and our AC broke with family in town. He went out of his way to come over late on a Friday night. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. It is refreshing to find a company so dedicate to professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend him! read more

Our AC went out a few days ago and after calling 3 other companies without success - these companies never called me back - I finally reached Todd yesterday (Saturday). He said he can come out tomorrow (Sunday) at 7am. I even confirmed on the phone, tomorrow at 7am? Yes, he said. I sent him a text message with our info and I even said see you bright and early tomorrow! Perfect! ....... Well, not quite. My husband and I were waiting, and waiting, and waiting. 7:45am rolls around and I call him. He said he meant Monday morning at 7am. Well if you meant that, you should have said that! I can't do business with someone who can't even get their days of the week straight! So much for all the 5 stars. I don't care how many stars a company gets, if your customer service sucks, then you don't have my business. read more
