When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Trevor, probably one of the nicest and most courteous human beings I've ever met. Trevor already had the work order in hand! He inspected my vehicle with me and we went through a few tire and pricing options and just made everything quick easy and painless. Spark plugs(Denso IRDM 5358) were -------------$29.99 x4 = $119.96 (Autozone price, $8.99) Remove&Replace spark plugs -----------------------------------------$187.20 Fuel Induction Decarbinization -----------------------------------------$74.99 (Autozone CRC Intake valve cleaner, $16.99) Fuel system service labor ------------------------------------------------$69.99 Total after small discount, $406.93 I inspected the igniton coil and spark plug wires myself with little effort and discovered corrosion on coil contacts and at spark plug wire ends. YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE FOR THESE HIGH PRICES! My girlfriend took the car back to report the same problems and only got, "I'm sorry....." When I arrived I was informed that the inspector was at lunch and took lunch at 12:00 every day and I should have called to make the appointment, that it would have to be rescheduled. I asked why the website allows an appointment for an inspection to be set for 12:00 and was told that's how the website works but I should have called. This is ridiculous, if the website does not work for vehicle inspection appointments then they should have a disclaimer or update the website in some way. A person should not have to make an appointment on a website and then be expected to call to confirm when the appointment was confirmed by the website.
