A pebble was found against the rotor and $25 later that problem was fixed. Sadly I know there are shops that would have replaced the brakes, charged me 100's of dollars and I wouldn't have been the wiser. They repaired the truck for a fraction of the total charges from Obaugh Chevrolet. While Obaugh's did write off some of the labor costs, the failure to fix the truck was unimportant to dealership management. I sent a followup letter to the dealer...after the truck was finally repaired...detailing the costs spent and significant loss of use, yet never received a reply. If you have any issues with a diesel truck, save yourself the heartache and use either Lethal Diesel in Staunton or Bethel Bend Farm in Elkton. Obaugh's service department lacks the skill set to repair diesel pickups.

THE CAR STILL RAN ROUGH! Spark plugs(Denso IRDM 5358) were -------------$29.99 x4 = $119.96 (Autozone price, $8.99) Remove&Replace spark plugs -----------------------------------------$187.20 Fuel Induction Decarbinization -----------------------------------------$74.99 (Autozone CRC Intake valve cleaner, $16.99) Fuel system service labor ------------------------------------------------$69.99 Total after small discount, $406.93 I inspected the igniton coil and spark plug wires myself with little effort and discovered corrosion on coil contacts and at spark plug wire ends. YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER SERVICE FOR THESE HIGH PRICES! My girlfriend took the car back to report the same problems and only got, "I'm sorry....." I installed new sparkplugs, sparkplug wires and new ingnition coil for around $165. it only took around ONE hour! I hate to think what the bill would've been for them to correct their blunder. The second company (Nate's Roadside Service) went to voicemail. The third company (AMG Towing and Recovery) answered my call. My North Star Sportstar III broke its axle after 1,400 miles holding 2,100 of its 3,000 load limit 120 miles from home. AMG's rollback handled it perfectly and the driver was very conscious of making sure the load (with three ATV's) was stable. Very polite and IMO was a reasonable price for a tow. When I arrived I was informed that the inspector was at lunch and took lunch at 12:00 every day and I should have called to make the appointment, that it would have to be rescheduled. I asked why the website allows an appointment for an inspection to be set for 12:00 and was told that's how the website works but I should have called. This is ridiculous, if the website does not work for vehicle inspection appointments then they should have a disclaimer or update the website in some way. A person should not have to make an appointment on a website and then be expected to call to confirm when the appointment was confirmed by the website.

And, you listen to music for about 10 minutes waiting for a representative to answer your call. I think it's time for me to find another place to take my car.
