I think he was the same guy who did it last time but I did not get a name. I got a report on all 4 tires, pressure when I got there and how much was needed. I had a really good experience at the Midlothian Discount Tire where I bought these Continentals, another well run Discount Tire. Efficient, helpful, good price on tires, easy. I really think the Waynesboro store is top level service, good people, quality work. I will definitely use them when I get the next tires. You cannot go wrong with the Waynesboro store, or the Midlothian store. Thanks guys at Waynesboro Discount Tire on 1/5/26! After paying $1200 for these services, the next time we tried to start the truck, the battery was dead. Turns out they never replaced the battery. We took it back and they did. Then a month later the oil light came on. We brought it to another mechanic who told us there was no oil in the truck, and the oil filter had not been replaced. They also never fixed the other minor issues we asked them to look at. When we went back to complain, they were very indignant, and only begrudgingly refunded part of our money. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. They messed up our friends car when we went in for an oil change and inspection. They have terrible quality control.
