These guys are truly pros! They arrived on time and pressure washed the outside of our house which was filthy from the construction across the street. After they finished the house looked freshly painted! The window washing (59+ windows) was awesome. Really the best we've had. Not a streak or smudge left and the screens sparkle! read more

Fine service on a messy task, gutter cleaning after the first rains. The crew of two arrived at the scheduled time, launched into the clean-up immediately, and completed the task expeditiously. Recommended? Absolutely, yes. read more

I had my windows cleaned and was very satisfied with the service. I scheduled the cleaning several weeks out and got an estimate at that time. There was some confusion about the date, but that was easily resolved with a followup email. Casey, the technician, showed up within the scheduled time frame and did a great job. He was professional and did a great job. Final cost was as estimated. read more

I'm a repeat customer. Love the service -- great quality and very prompt. Highly recommend it.

Great service at a reasonable price. When I called to inquire about getting gutters cleaned I received an estimate right away. Since the price was right in my budget I decided to set the appointment. I was surprised that they were able to come out within 2 days. On the day of the appointment they showed up on time. The property around the house was even cleaner when the work was done than it was before they started. read more

Staff arrived early, was courteous and thorough. Cleaned up all debris; was mindful of the metal roof; and made sure dogs were secure while working in the backyard. Will definitely use read more

I have a 2 story house & they did a great job the first time. The price is reasonable and I was very pleased. The second cleaning was less than perfect and when I emailed to express my concern Brian responded immediately and worked to correct the situation. The third cleaning was excellent and I'll remain a customer. You never know how dirty your screens & windows are until they've been cleaned. read more

I was extremely pleased with their service. I appreciate the confirmations via email and texts. They showed up on time and cleaned my gutters well. I will definitely use them again for my gutters and have referred my neighbors to them as well. I plan on using them in the spring also to clean my windows. read more

I moved into my new home and desperately needed the windows cleaned pronto. Brian scheduled me for the very next day, and Jeff arrived with all the equipment needed to even clean the exterior of second story windows across a section of tile roof, all in 100 degree heat. With absolutely no complaining, Jeff cleaned all the windows and screens with no streaks, including the channels. I couldn't even tell whether he had put the screens back, they were so clean. I will be calling them again to clean the gutters in the Fall and to keep my windows sparkling. Thank you, Brian and Jeff! read more

Outstanding service. We are very picky and Master's was the first window service to meet and exceed our expectations. Thorough, professional, polite and conscientious work. Our home is surrounded by trees and gets filthy. Masters cleaned the roof, gutters, siding and the windows and screens. Everything sparkles like a new home with everything left in perfect shape. My precious outdoor flowers were untouched.....even those growing beneath windows. read more

I just bought a home in West Sacramento that had a prior rat infestation along with a lot of remodeling. The windows and tracks were filthy. When Kelly and Brandon got there the job was supposed to take about 1 1/2 hours. I left and came back, and when I saw the windows in the front of the house glistening I was so ecstatic! I did not know windows could shine like that! Needless to say, because the windows and tracks were so dirty the job took almost 3 hours to complete, yet they only charged me what they quoted me over the phone. I will definitely use them again! read more

I called a couple of gutter services before finding Master's on Yelp. One was out of business, the other couldn't come out until Thanksigiving. Master's was able t quote me a price and schedule service two days later. Kelly and his team came out and cleaned my gutters... which probably have not been professionally cleaned in several years! They called to confirm the appointment. They also called to see if they could come earlier! Not many vendors get to a job early these days, so that was a big plus for me. They did an outstanding job and left little to no mess (which is a huge feat considering how clogged of dirt and debris my gutters actually were!). When they were almost done, I was telling Kelly how loud my gutters were when it rained. He offered me a couple of solutions, all of them very inexpensive. I have to say that it worked. It ended up raining a couple of days later and the sound was greatly reduced. I love sharing referrals with friends and family and I can highly recommend Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning serivces. read more

Highly recommend Master's. I had used this company previously for window cleaning. From start to finish, my experience was efficient and extremely customer friendly. I was able to secure the date I wanted, receive an estimate for the work to be done (reasonable), technician's arrived on time, and completed the work in the time frame given. Beautiful job! I will hire them again. read more

So happy I had this wonderful company come out to brighten my home!! First of all, I called 4 window cleaning companies to get estimates.... Brian, the owner of Masters Window cleaning was the only one who called me back immediately! 2 of the others returned my call 3 days later and the fourth never called back. Brian was ver friendly and professional and we scheduled a time that could fit my schedule. On cleaning day two very professional young men arrived at my home and got to work immediately!! Paul checked the number and size of windows to make sure my estimate was correct, which it was, while the other employee, sorry I forgot his name, got to work on the outside removing and cleaning screens. I got the premium package and for approx 2 hours these guys worked their butts off doing inside, outside, screens and tracks!! The outcome was excellent and the price was VERY affordable !!! Will definately use Masters again in the future!!! read more

We hired Master's after considerable research online for a quality window and gutter cleaning company and were very pleased with our selection. The work was done well, quickly and affordably - we would definitely hire them again. Look for specials on their website for a good deal when you purchase a packaged deal. We hope to hire them again next year! Thanks again Master's! read more

Scheduled appt to have gutters cleaned. No technical arrived at scheduled time. Called office 1 1/2 hrs after schedule appt and was told they were running behind and would be there soon. Got a subsequent call 30 min later that they weren't going to make it. Received new appt within a couple of days:). Expect better communications, after all I took time off work to be home for scheduled appt. They told me that wasn't necessary so I trusted them and wasn't home for the subsequent appt, big mistake. The mess they made was unbelievable..debris all over my patio, front porch, driveway , sliders and in my pool. If this is normal, then they should tell the customer what to expect. I spent an 1 cleaning up after them when I return home from work that day. read more

Master's Windows were fabulous from the first inquiry until the job was complete. We had all of the windows cleaned on our two-story 3,000 sq ft home. It was an all day job. Wade showed up shortly before 8am and worked non-stop until 4:30. He was polite, professional and extremely thorough. This is an AMAZING company. We plan on hiring them to do a gutter repair that we learned about during the cleaning. We are very happy with the quality job that was done. read more

I really appreciated the option of an online estimate, followed up by a timely email from Brian directing me to Karen for scheduling. She was able to answer my questions as i wasn't quite sure which services met my needs and then got me on the schedule for the following week. Wally texted me on the morning of our appointment to let me know he was en route. He showed up with a mask on (which reminded me to practice the same courtesy and safety measures by putting mine on as well). He confirmed the contracted roof and gutter services and was even able to complete nocontact payment on his phone. He spent hours clearing the debris from my roof and cleaned it all up before leaving. I appreciate the consistent and excellent customer service received throughout my experience with this company from my initial inquiry to the actual service itself. I would recommend them to others and will use them again. Thank you! read more

Wade did a fantastic job cleaning all of our windows and screens. The house now shines. In addition, we need power washed all of our aggregate and Concrete including the patios and walkways. This is why we keep using them and will continue to do so in the future. read more

Brian's crew person has cleaned our gutters for two years in a row. Our neighbors, who are very happy with Brian's service recommended him to us. And, now I can say that I'm very happy with his service as well. The cleaner shows up on time, cleans the gutter, then blows leaves off the driveway, and walkways -- and the price is reasonable. Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning Service came through again with an excellent job at a low price. The crew were kind, professional and kept the line of communication going. Our windows look like they aren't there and the crew suggested replacing 3 screens which they did on site. They do such a good job that I hired them for my moms house to celebrate her 90th birthday. Additionally, they cleaned her gutters and left her yard cleaner then when they started. Making the appointment was easy and Brian emailed reminders as the service date grew closer. Excellent communication and excellent job!! read more

WE CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW! Exceptional service from Masters! The employee showed up on time, introduced himself and counted our windows. After giving us the final price, the employee got to work! After all the torrential rains from the past winter our windows and screens were very, very dirty! When he was done everything was sparkling clean, both inside and out. We would not hesitate to call Masters again. I can't remember the employee!s name and I wish I could. He was five star quality all the way! read more

We have an older rental home and haven't had the windows professionally cleaned in decades. I called Brian to arrange an appointment. Thank you. I did not post a review immediately after because I was waiting for the rain to come and actually test the job you did. Kudos on a great job done. All the gutters are flowing well. I don't have water overflowing along the walls anymore. read more

I decided to do the package gutter and window cleaning deal. Technician Woodley arrived promptly and worked a 12 hour day. Courteous and respectful, this young US Army vet worked his butt off. I had no problem trusting him alone in my house. In fact, I told him to lock up when he was done. When I came back at 7 PM, he was still there working away. I am a school counselor and it is rare to find this strong work ethic and honesty in youth nowadays. Since it was late, I think he overlooked a few screens that weren't fitted securely into the grooves. His manager, Brian, called me back personally and insisted they rectify the problem. Their communication, customer service, and pride in workmanship is superb. I would highly recommend them to a close friend or family member. A+++ read more

I found Master's via Yelp and impressed by the number of great reviews, so I gave them a call. Since I did call right before the weekend, they couldn't get to me right away. I called several places and Brian was the only one to answer the phone. He was able to provide a quote over the phone and we scheduled an appointment. Brian and his partner(sorry I forgot his name!) worked quickly but thoroughly. I do not doubt their work. This is my second time having my windows cleaned by Master's and once again I'm really impressed. They're very professional and they do a great job. It's crazy how much of a difference it makes - we're all just gazing out the windows in amazement at how bright and clear it looks. And bonus was that for a very reasonable add-on, they were able to remove the hard-water stains off of two big windows - WOW!!! read more

Amazing service! We have about a 1900sqf house single story that needed gutters cleaned. They gave me a 2 hour window and called to say they were on their way right in the middle of the window. The guy who did the work went above and beyond the job. He actually picked up extra leaves that were on the side of the house. All he said about it was, "I was cleaning up my mess anyway and they were there so why not?" That right there is customer service! The cost was the same almost the exact same as my quote maybe $10 more. I will use them again and tell my friends! read more
