I moved into my new home and desperately needed the windows cleaned pronto. Brian scheduled me for the very next day, and Jeff arrived with all the equipment needed to even clean the exterior of second story windows across a section of tile roof, all in 100 degree heat. I called a couple of gutter services before finding Master's on Yelp. One was out of business, the other couldn't come out until Thanksigiving. Master's was able t quote me a price and schedule service two days later. Kelly and his team came out and cleaned my gutters... which probably have not been professionally cleaned in several years! They called to confirm the appointment. They also called to see if they could come earlier! Not many vendors get to a job early these days, so that was a big plus for me. They did an outstanding job and left little to no mess (which is a huge feat considering how clogged of dirt and debris my gutters actually were!). When they were almost done, I was telling Kelly how loud my gutters were when it rained. He offered me a couple of solutions, all of them very inexpensive. I have to say that it worked. It ended up raining a couple of days later and the sound was greatly reduced. What kind of business would send a messy slob into someones home to "clean??" His 30 minutes in my bathroom resulted in 3-5 hours of me cleaning up after him (I'm taking a break from fixing the mess they charged me to make to--who knows how much longer it will take?). He "cleaned" the windows and sills just pushing the dust on everything...my toothbrush, my clarisonic face brush, every bottle of hair product, the tub itself, which i lined with a towel to keep it clean and after he was done there were spiders and dirt all over. In my bedroom he pushed the dirt behind furniture making it so much harder to clean than if he did the job right to start. I would've been far better off doing it myself and saved myself the time and aggravation and icky invasive feeling. read more

I decided to do the package gutter and window cleaning deal. Technician Woodley arrived promptly and worked a 12 hour day. Courteous and respectful, this young US Army vet worked his butt off. I had no problem trusting him alone in my house. In fact, I told him to lock up when he was done. When I came back at 7 PM, he was still there working away. I am a school counselor and it is rare to find this strong work ethic and honesty in youth nowadays. Since it was late, I think he overlooked a few screens that weren't fitted securely into the grooves. His manager, Brian, called me back personally and insisted they rectify the problem. Amazing service! We have about a 1900sqf house single story that needed gutters cleaned. They gave me a 2 hour window and called to say they were on their way right in the middle of the window. The guy who did the work went above and beyond the job. He actually picked up extra leaves that were on the side of the house. All he said about it was, "I was cleaning up my mess anyway and they were there so why not?" That right there is customer service!
