We're first time customers. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with the quality of work, and the care given to detail by the technician sent to our home. He was polite, professional and did an excellent job. I was particularly impressed Brian, the tech sent to our home. He cleaned off our roof and cleared the gutters, and did an excellent job! After he was finished, he took the time to blow all the debris and left the outside of our home looking better than before he arrived. We've used other companies for the same job in the passed. The others cleared our roof and gutters, and I was left to do the cleanup on the ground below. I was prepared to clean up with my blower, when Brian stopped me and said, "I'd be happy to take care of that, you don't need to worry about the mess. Brian did such a wonderful job, I called the owner Brian, and told him we were so happy with the quality standards of his business. I also wanted him to know, we were especially impressed with his employee and we wouldn't call anyone else when we need his services. The owner thanked me for taking time to let him know how completely satisfied we were and told me he appreciated my call. Obviously, I highly recommend this company, you won't be disappointed and I felt their fees are completely reasonable, definitely money well spent! read more

I decided to use Master's Window and Gutter Cleaning after call 2 other window cleaning companies. Their prices were fair, they were very responsive, and they didn't use any gimmicks to "reel me in". The job that I needed done was inside and outside cleaning of our house windows, which likely haven't been cleaned in at least 5 years (likely neglected longer than that). We purchased the house 1.5 years ago. Some of the windows had significant hard water stains where the sun had beating on them for years, which was the reason we wanted a professional cleaner. Masters was on time for both the consultation and the day of the work, they were great about communicating via text message as to when they were coming, during the job they checked in with us to make sure that we were happy with the progress that they were making and let us know about any trouble spots with the hard water stains, finished in a timely manner even with having had done some of the windows 3 times because of the hard water stains, and stuck with the original quote that we received from them in spite of the extra work that they put in. I would definitely use them again and am happy to highly recommend them as a satisfied customer. read more

Great customer service starts at the top. As the owner, Brain Andersen displayed this from my first call to make an appt. In the midst of one of the worse storms in the Sacramento region since 1997, Brian's phone had been ringing off the hook. He made my appt. for a Tue the week prior. When the weather continued to worsen throughout the week, Brian called and asked if we could change to Monday as there was an opening between storms. I said absolutely and he rescheduled some othe appts. to get me in. My gutters had not been cleaned in 7 ( we were in a drought!) years and it was paramount they be cleaned with these Pineapple Express storms. Brian arrived at the scheduled time and had all the necessary tools to do the job in spite of my mossy and slippery roof. He did a fantastic job and finished in time for me to make a scheduled appt that was in place for months. His rates are competitive with any cleaning companies, but the customer service is what gets my 5 star rating! Highly recommended. Will V. read more

I called Master's Window Cleaning yesterday morning and talked to Brian. I requested services for window cleaning, including hard water stain removal from the middle pane of my picture window, and pressure washing of my whole house's vinyl siding. I was pleasantly surprised when Brian told me that he can schedule a technician to come between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 1st, which I gladly accepted. He later called me in the afternoon to inform me that due to a cancellation, the technician (Jeff) will come at 8:00 a.m. This morning, Jeff arrived a few minutes before eight o'clock, which impressed me because I like people to be on times. I accepted his price quote and he proceeded to work immediately. Needless to say, Jeff did a terrific job! Additionally, he has a great personality, soft spoken, courteous and very professional. Above all, he was very good my two rescued dogs. I highly recommend Master's Window Cleaning. read more

A great service, with a customer service attitude that says we are not leaving till your happy. Brian and Tim the new employee he was training arrived on time and were ready to get going. No standing around or preparation time, it was ladders up, squeegees out let's get going. our home has a LOT of glass, and I must admit some of it is not easily reachable so it gets ignored. Brian and Tim washed the windows, and washed the screens, the window tracks etc. When Furniture needed moving Brian did not hesitate to help me and Tim did a great job for a guy who is new to the profession. There is an art to window washing. They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. I would and will call them again for window cleaning. If I had any suggestion for improvement I would post it here. I must admit I don't. read more

I just had my gutters cleaned. I had no idea just how clogged up they were, but Johnny got the job done. The work probably took twice as long as what they originally anticipated but did not charge any extra. My gutters are like new again! Fantastic work Johnny! I really appreciate the communication too. They send text confirmation for your appointment, and even send another text when they are on their way. Friendly, professional, honest, clean, on time, budget friendly, are just a few things of what can I say about Master's. I will definitely call them in the spring for window cleaning, and power washing, etc. I highly recommend Master's for anyone that wants the job done right the first time. I actually feel I got more than what I paid for. How often does that happen these days! read more

I am very pleased with the gutter cleaning they did for my home from the start to the end. Since I was having some issues with the gutter, I looked up yelp and found Master's Window Cleaning and Gutters Cleaning. Brian was very responsive to my emails and inquiries. On the day of the gutter cleaning, the service tech, Johnny, was very polite and professional. He texted when he was on his way to my home and I could tell he did a great job and he took time cleaning my gutter based on the amount of stuffs he got out from it. I hope I won't have any issues any time soon since I have been out since the cleaning and didn't have a chance to see if there were any issues again but if they were, I would definitely call the Masters again. Thank you Brian and Johnny for the great service! read more

We have a lot of people coming and going in our home and the children like to go out to the yard. You can imagine what our sliding glass door looks like! Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning cleans our windows at least once or twice a year. When the technician comes out, he's careful not to track yuck into my home by putting on these little blue booties. When he cleans the inside of my windows, he puts a large towel on the floor under the window to protect my wood floors from water damage. By the time he's finished with both inside and out, I can hardly tell I even have windows! I will definitely continue to have Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning back. They also clean my gutters and clean the green stuff off my driveway once a year. I'm very happy with this service! read more

Master's Window & Gutter Cleaining is a great window cleaning service. Brian is very professional and friendly. I was in the process of starting my own window cleaning service in Northern Washington, and before relocating from Sacramento, I wanted to gain some insight from a local professional. Master's Window Cleaning had a great reputation, and Brian lived up to that reputation. His attention to detail, customer service, and use of the latest and best technology in window washing make Master's Window Cleaning a great choice for window washing. Also, Brian's willingness to help out a 'rookie' in the industry, and his patience in teaching me his techniques, make him as great a person as he is a window cleaner! read more

Paul was at my neighbor's house cleaning his gutters. My wife was returning from her walk and told me about Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning working next door. I spoke with Paul and when he had finished with the gutter cleaning he came to my house and gave me a bid for cleaning my windows and screens inside and out. The estimate was acceptable and we scheduled an appointment. On the day of appointment Paul showed on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our windows. My wife and I were very happy how bright and clean the windows and screens were after the cleaning. I would recommend Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning to all. Thank you for a wonderful job. I used Master's for gutter cleaning after an unnamed roofing company went between ghosting me and then overselling me! From my first call, Master's was very professional, in conduct on the phone, on the job, and in appearance. These things matter! It was difficult to find a gutter cleaning company who had a contractor's license (for insurance purposes), so I was very happy to find them. When Kameron came out to do the work on time (early even!), he was very good at communicating before and after the job was complete. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess behind. I will not hesitate to recommend the company online and to my friends. read more

I recently had my gutters cleaned by Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning and I must say, I was impressed with the service provided. The service provider responded quickly to my inquiry and arrived on time, which demonstrated their professionalism and commitment to their work. The work itself was efficient, with both the gutters and downspouts being thoroughly cleaned. In addition to the quality of work, the service provider was also friendly, which made the overall experience pleasant. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this service provider to anyone in need of gutter cleaning. read more

Moved to Rancho cordova a few weeks ago and realized my home needed gutter cleaning. Decided to call Masters window and gutter cleaning after reading some great reviews on yelp. Brian was very polite on the phone and was kind in working with my schedule. Johnny arrived on time in his uniform and he was very professional and polite. This was yesterday and it was so cold in the morning but Johnny went above and beyond my expectations. I was shocked to see all the debris he pulled out of the gutters. I would highly recommend Masters window and gutter cleaning to anyone. Thank you. read more

Great service...friendly, efficient, and cleaned up well...BUT MAJOR CONCERN- Pulled a bait and switch on the price. After I signed the contract I was informed it would be $200.00 more because I had gutter guards on my upper roof.I had a prior estimate and the guards were there and easily visible. This really made me angry but I had taken a day off work to be there. They compromised and charged $100.00 more, but that was still $100.00 too much and poor business practice. After contacting the owner he made good on the original contract price and refunded the extra charge. read more

I highly recommend Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning. They did an excellent job on my windows and screens. Brian was courteous, professional and efficient. Plus, they were on time, actually arriving a few minutes early and got right to work. I am more than pleased with the job they did. I have used other window cleaning services over the years and have never been remotely satisfied with the work performed. Master's Window & Gutter do excellent work and their prices are very reasonable. I will call them to clean our windows from now on. read more

My windows look great! Brian and his team were willing to negotiate what I needed and didn't try to sell me on anything more. I appreciated his up front and honest demeanor. He is friendly and his staff did an excellent job at my house. I opened up my shutters the next morning and realized how beautiful my view is! Thanks so much for such a job well done. Master's was convenient, easy to schedule, and was reasonably priced. For a family that works 10-12 hr days, they made scheduling this appointment beyond easy :) read more

During the recent rains our gutters were overflowing and water was coming into the ceiling in the garage and my husband was out of town (perfect timing of course!). I looked up gutter cleaning through Google and found Master's. Even though it was Sunday, Brian answered the phone and agreed to come out early on Monday morning. He arrived promptly and, within an hour or so, had all the gutters on our single story house cleaned out. I would definitely call him again. Prompt, courteous and thorough. ;-) read more

We were very pleased with Master's Windows. We moved in a little over a year ago and with everything else going on, cleaning the windows was way down on our list. Finally realizing we weren't going to get around to it, we called Master's (who were recommended to us) and within a week they were here, cleaned our very dirty windows inside and out, cleaned the tracks, and washed every screen - what a difference!! We didn't realize they were THAT dirty. We will definitely be calling them again next year. read more

Kevin Shara showed up right on time this morning. He completed all of the roof work...blowing old wet leaves and scraping mud out of my roof valleys and inspecting my gutters to insure the leaf-guard system is working and all drains run clear. He then washed the exterior of all my windows, leaving them streak-free and spotless. All of this work was finished within an hour and a half, with an eye toward quality and a very pleasant demeanor. I'll ask him back later next year...for sure. read more
