At the time, I had done most of the work and just needed some priming in a few small areas, and two coats of paint and that's it. They sold me as if I needed the total package - prep, touch-ups, priming, painting. I found a great other painter that was literally half the price. I gave them 5-star because the guy that came out was nice, and gave their reputation a boost, but at the end of the day, I didn't need full-service. I needed DONE. They should have priced it as-such. Now, their follow-up system won't leave me alone even though the job has been done for a while.

Connor is your guy for a great estimate process. He provided an experience that was far above what any other companies provided. He answered all my questions as I was starting out on the renovation adventure, and offered helpful suggestions regarding the whole process. The quote was quite competitive. Once I evaluated various estimates and made my decision, Sound Painting responded immediately to schedule the job and let me know what the next steps would be. They also encouraged me to meet with a Sherwin Williams color specialist which helped me narrow down my paint colors. Then Gary and his team did an excellent job with the actual painting. They were careful about protecting my existing space, cleaned up every day before leaving, did a high quality job, and were an exceptionally courteous and happy crew. The price was competitive for the work being done, and the quality of the work was perfect. I can't believe how beautiful my kitchen and bathrooms look.
