I am from Austin and I know good BBQ. The 'meat' had the consistency of cardboard and it tasted like burnt rubber.

In my opinion stick to the teas. Nothing specifically stood out about the service, was a bit slow. The inside was nice, there were people studying and sitting on the couches. When a cracked phone screen brought me to the Apple Store, I seized the opportunity to check them out. The space is super cozy and Insta-worthy for sure! Sadly, this will be one of the few photo-less reviews I post since I was sans-phone while it was being repaired. Sad day! I love the ability to customize my drink to my liking. However, I personally recommend ordering with a person for your first time just to better understand the menu and get the inside scoop. I opted for a Thai iced tea with boba. It was just okay. It had a bit of a marshmallow taste to it that I found a bit too sweet for my liking. I will agree with others that the house made Boba is def something to be experienced. Your boba standards are going to be raised for sure! While my choice of beverage missed the mark. I think it was more of a me problem than a them problem. I don't find myself in the area often, but I will absolutely be giving Latea Bubble Tea another shot!

The Japanese soufflé pancakes were so fluffy and yummy! The whipped cream sauce was not too sweet and very tasty. I got the earl gray fresh milk tea with no sugar and it was so good too. Definitely come check them out, great service and clean seating area. Soufflé is only offered Friday through Sunday until sold out so get here on the right day at the right time!

I like that there were snack options but also those fell a bit short in taste as well. Maybe it was just that night. I definitely would give it another try. I got the takoyaki it definitely was nice and hot but it was a bit mushy in the inside and a very very small piece of octopus seems like i didn't get any at all. Then there was the popcorn chicken. My friend was iffy about since the chicken color was off i think it might have been dark meat. But they didn't like it and the spice on it they weren't a big fan of. I think the goyza and mochi donut was the best we had that night from the menu The service was good we were the only ones in at the time.

We ordered 3 drinks and 1 chocolate waffle. The chocolate waffles in the pics on their website were nice and dark looking with a rich cocoa experience. What I received was a tannish waffle with zero cocoa or chocolate flavor. When my husband went back in to ask about it the employees insisted it was chocolate and so he asked if they'd let him exchange it for the original one and they said "only if you buy a new one". He said "we just wouldn't have ordered chocolate if it had no flavor, can we please switch?" And they again refused unless we purchased a different one. We also had brought it back in so they knew we weren't trying to be shady. I got a brown sugar milk tea and it tasted so watery. We also got a sparkling lychee drink and it had almost no ice and was bitter. It didn't really look like its picture either, not sure if they made it right. We got a sparkling mango drink and it was much nicer so 1/4 things was pleasant. Over all these 4 items were $32 before tax and tip and I'm so disappointed that they just do not care at all about customers satisfaction or making quality food and drinks at these prices. Probably the worst tea shop experience of my life because they don't want to fix anything if someone isn't satisfied with a reasonable request.

Feeling bad about not utilizing such a cozy place often enough, when I was running errands in the area, I was eager to spare 10 minutes out of my day to re-appreciate it with a cup of latte. The lady upfront was welcoming. The temperature outside was warmer for a typical mid-November day and yet seeing her smile warmed me up more. As usual, I got me a triple latte in a medium size cup. I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale. I took the time to look around and take some photos. Every visitor should find at least a few items that pique their curiosity and interest.

She told me about the drink. I ordered in the different options for the milk used to make the drink. I had the choice of regular milk, oat milk, and another milk that I forgot.
