It was cold out so I came inside, set an alarm for 5 Mins, then returned to the truck. I collected my fries and went back inside to enjoy them BUT they were cold. On to the goods, I ordered the doner mixed grilled of lamb/beef and chicken. Every meat was juicy and delicious. Extremely well flavored. The falafel was scrumptious as well. I didn't like the hummus too much, I prefer more of a warm/smoother hummus than cold one but that's just my personal preference. Overall, the meal was quite satisfying. It is a bit up there on price, around $15-16 so that's to be noted.

Show was sweet, but this isn't about that, this is about the FOOOOOD. We got the jalapeño poppers for an app, I wouldn't say they're anything to write home about but they're not disappointing either, if you're craving them they'll satisfy the craving. Our main course was the chicken salad wrap, which I really enjoyed. I love when a wrap has ingredients thoroughly mixed and distributed so every bite is the full experience. The Cajun sweet potato fries were a hit, although not so much with me. To be fair, I've never been too much of a sweet potato fry fan. However, my girlfriend that DOES like sweet potato fries gave these her stamp of approval. All in all, definitely food truck food, but pretty quality food truck food. I would try these guys again. Intestinal Impact Index Rating: 3/5 - I would give this food a 2/5 from anywhere else, but something about a food truck adds a little risk here.

I got Korean fried chicken wings of two flavors: a garlic parm and orange habanero. They both had great flavors and the orange habanero wasn't over the top spicy. The wing overall was excellent, however, it didn't have the light texture of the Korean fried chicken that I've had at Korean chicken joints. I did suggest more corn starch and the staff thought of this prior to me mentioning it. The cheese Brussel sprouts were amazing. The service was great. Many of the staff are local Denver folks which was great to see. New Terrain Brewery is a great spot, excellent beer with beautiful views of the near mountains. Eat at J Street if you see them out.

The other ones, either the fries were too soggy or seemed undercooked, or the flavor just wasn't for me. These fries had some crispy pieces, the steak was tender, and the sauce hit the spot. It is $17, which is a little pricey, but it's a food truck, and we were able to share it between 2 people and be satisfied since we weren't too hungry. I didn't get the food myself, so I can't talk much about the service or the ambiance, but I would definitely visit this food truck again if it was nearby!

There wasn't a line when we arrived, so we decided to try it out and I'm so glad we did. The Food: They offer a great selection of tacos and burritos, and they also have aguas frescas on the menu (though we didn't grab any this time). I decided to customize a breakfast burrito. The menu lists it as papas, huevos, y jamón (potatoes, eggs, and ham), but I asked to swap the ham for asada (steak) and requested no cheese. The substitution was no problem at all! The burrito came absolutely packed with perfectly diced potatoes, fluffy eggs, juicy steak, rice, cilantro, and onions. It also came with both a salsa verde and a red sauce. Both sauces were on the milder side, but they were flavorful and paired perfectly with the burrito. Service & Value: The service was quick! It took the guy maybe 10 to 12 minutes tops to hand over our food. I don't remember the exact total, but the burrito itself was around $10-$11, and the portion size was massive. He really hooks it up! I actually only ate half for breakfast and saved the other half for lunch. Overall: Between the generous portions, quick turnaround, and tasty flavors, I'll definitely be back to try their tacos and grab another breakfast burrito. I recommend checking them out if you're in the area!

I've been to another taco truck that used to park adjacent of this busy intersection. I'm not sure how long they've been in business, but it's a solid option for those seeking a quick bite. I had gone all day without eating, so to say I wasn't hangry would be a flat out lie. Taco truck, yes. The order...I went with the Asada Fries. As soon as I saw it I knew it'd fill me up. I don't love how there are no prices on the menu, but you'll find a nice variety of tacos, tortas, burritos, etc. It took 10 minutes to receive my food. Only one other customer in front of me. Safe to assume they made it to order! It's all packaged in to-go boxes and came with one green salsa and one orange salsa (both with a kick). It was certainly well presented, though the flavors were bland. The fries should've stayed in the fryer for another minute to achieve more crispness. The most disappointing feature was the steak, which was cut in hilariously small pieces and weren't seasoned properly. Like I said, I was hangry, so I ate most of the box. For $14.50 it was a giant and filling portion. Would I order this again? No, but I feel like I messed up by not ordering tacos from the taco truck. Don't let my 3-star completely deter you from coming. This is a humble food truck trying to make ends meet. Hopefully tacos are what they're known for and do best!!!
