I couldn't be happier with my experience with Masters of Crown. Ray and his son are some of the nicest, most down-to-earth contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They're genuinely good people, and I felt completely comfortable trusting them in my home throughout the entire project. Beyond their character, their craftsmanship is exceptional. They installed cabinets, wainscoting, and crown molding throughout my entire house, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Every detail was completed with care and precision, and they have a fantastic eye for decorative finishes and design. It's rare to find contractors who combine outstanding workmanship with such honesty, professionalism, and integrity. I highly recommend Masters of Crown to anyone looking to enhance their home with quality custom finish work. read more

Had an estimate done at the end of may. The hubby was impressed with Ray and so we decided to use him. I messaged Ray a few days later and asked him if we could schedule him around Aug 21. I was waiting on our house to be repainted and shutters to be installed. He said sure. I followed up about 2 weeks prior to install to make sure we are good and see what day would work. He notified me he was at the river and would get back to me the next day.. no response.. after a few days I decided to try one more time and finally got a date. Fast forward to day of install.. him and his crew show up. Husband was off and I was at work. Next thing I know the hubby is calling me asking for the estimate. I asked why and he told me Ray needed it because he's saying the bedroom wasn't included in the estimate. Now I'm trying to think of where it could be since I know my house is torn apart because of all the decorations I had to take down and cabinets I had to empty for the paint guys.. so my husband is getting more agitated as he's looking. Then he finds the little paper and sure enough, the bedroom was included. Looks like the whole downstairs minus the laundry is included as we had told him.. but after he went over his estimate he said that he forgot to include the tiny little hallway (about 5-6 feet long) by the garage.. so if we want that done.. it would be another $100. The whole house was to be done in 6" moulding and bathroom was 4" per Ray because of the vent and light wouldn't allow 6". After he shows up, he doesn't have 4" with him and tells my husband that 6" will work and then states never mind he has to go back his business to get 4" because the 6 won't fit. Also, Ray had kept telling my husband how he's getting a great deal and this and that. Definitely not a good vibe from him today. He seemed shady. The workers did a nice, clean job and very very pleasant but the owner on the other hand is not. something that struck me as weird... he was asking about payment method, he also said something about getting audited from the government. I wouldn't use read more

What a great experience! Three Ps! Punctual Professional Polite Their prices are very fair and quality is very impressive. These guys are all about the customer. During the job I noticed that what we asked for didn't look right, it was what we asked for but not what I wanted once I saw it (totally my fault). It just wasn't right for the room aesthetically. The guys agreed, with out a hesitation they agreed to change it to what would look better, it took a couple extra hours and they crew knocked it out in great form and at the end of the day... they didn't charge me for the last minute change! Talk about customer satisfaction! They cared about it looking good and being done right. Try the Masters of Crown! You won't be disappointed! Literally the unicorn of Contractors! Fair prices, high quality, great attitudes, show up on time, and they are crazy fast! read more

Wish I could give 5 more stars. Not only did Ray and his crew do an outstanding job on our home, but they also proved to be a truly professional "one stop shop" for everything that we wanted for our home. Their suggestions, ideas and input offered a variety of options which led to every choice we made. They did everything: paint, crown molding, wainscoting, shiplap and baseboards. We are currently having the custom cabinets completed and installed by them in our mudroom and laundry room and can't wait for the "floating shelves" that Ray is custom building for us as well to complete that finished look in our home. The best part of this company is not just the quality, service and pride that they take in their work but the simple fact that they made us feel like "family" and that is what we have in them now. An amazing team that works together to get the highest quality work done quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Ray and Daniel and the whole crew, for becoming part of our "family" and making our house a home. read more

If we could give Masters of Crown 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough! We are thrilled with our new crown moulding and so impressed with this family-owned-and-operated business. We received a quote with excellent pricing from Ray, the owner, and we were anxious to get started! Daniel, Ray's son, was in charge of the team that did the installation. They arrived on time and were so friendly & professional that we immediately felt comfortable having them in our home. It was obvious that each workman took a great deal of pride in his work and wanted to make sure that we were happy. They did our 3,200 square foot home with quite a bit of architectural detail in 1 1/2 days and it was amazing to watch the way they work together. They were very careful with our furnishings & made sure everything was put back in its place when they were finished. They were also very neat as they worked and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Each one of them was an artist at what he did & the finished product is beautiful and impeccable! Everyone from this company was extremely pleasant to work with and we are delighted with the end result. If you've been considering installing crown moulding in your home, run to your phone & call Ray at Masters of Crown and you, too, will be walking around with a big smile on your face! read more

OUTSTANDING WORK FELLAS !!! To say that my wife Gigi and I are excited about the crown moulding work that Ray and his team just completed in our house is a huge understatement. From the second I placed a call to Ray inquiring about my options/ pricing until the last bit of caulking was applied he was very professional; concerned with giving us top notch service, and he was very passionate about what he does. Ray and his team were on time, courteous, and left no debris behind. I was initially on the fence about getting this work done because of my post-Military budget but I know that Gigi and I made the right decision. Our house looks like it got a tremendous makeover for a fraction of the cost. I 100% recommend this business to anyone considering getting this type of work done to their property. Masters of Crown is that type of business that you want working for you in all matters pertaining to home beautification of this kind, for their professionalism, outstanding pricing, and their concern for customer satisfaction. This review does not do this company justice. I know that Masters of Crown will be blessed with an abundance of work for many years to come. Thank You! read more

My wife and I wanted a quote for baseboards in our home so after seeing an ad for Masters of Crown we decided to give them a try. Ray, the owner, showed up on time and couldn't have been nicer. I wasn't able to be at home for the quote since I was working so my wife was there and spoke to Ray. We also, eventually, wanted crown and new door casings. My wife figured there was no harm in asking for a quote on those items as well and then we would know how much to budget for. Well, I was floored when my wife told me what the cost would be for everything, not just the baseboards. We would end up paying close to same price for base, crown, and door casings that some friends of ours payed for crown moulding. We have two story house and they a single (both about the same square footage). So, yeah, it was a no brainer. This was our opportunity to get EVERYTHING done that we wanted. The work was completed in about two and a half to three days. The quality of work was outstanding. The crew that did the work was very courteous and professional. We are beyond happy and highly recommend to anyone looking for trim and moulding work to give Ray and his crew a call. You will not be disappointed! ! Thank you Masters of Crown! ! read more

Ray and his crew are awesome! We hired them to install crown, base, and door casings throughout the whole house. From start to finish, they have been professional and quick! My house is about 3,000 square feet and it took them 4 days to finish. Pricing is beyond fair for the quality of work. I also really appreciate the fact that they problem solved the gate I have for my dogs. We highly recommend Masters of Crown. Their prices are very reasonable and the workmanship is top notch. Ray was the third contractor we contacted for an estimate for 6 inch crown molding in one of the two open areas in our home. He responded to the call within an hour and we set up an appointment for an estimate the following day. When Ray arrived we showed him the area where we wanted crown molding. He gave us an estimate and it was substantially lower than the other estimates we received. We then asked what it would cost to complete the other open area. After looking at the second area he gave us a revised estimate. The total to do both areas of our home was lower than the other estimates for only one area. We decided to go ahead and have Masters of Crown install crown in both areas. Another thing that factored into our decision to go with Masters or Crown was that the job would be done in one day. The other contractors told us they would be in our home for 2-3 days. The day the work was to be done a team from Masters of Crown arrived just before 9:00 a.m., introduced themselves, and immediately started working. They assured us the job would be finished in 6 to 7 hours. Ray came by in the late morning to make sure everything was was on schedule. Around 3:00 p.m. the team lead (Ray's son) let us know the work was complete. We did a walk through with him and everything looked beautiful. If you are thinking of adding crown molding to your home, contact Masters of Crown. read more

I can't begin to tell you how refreshing it is to work with a company like Masters of Crown! My only regret on my project is that I didn't realize that they are also painters and I wish I had them do the painting as well. As a retired professional designer, I have worked with the worst and best over my career, and I can tell you from experience that Ray is the ultimate professional, on top of every detail, and his crew is an extension of his professionalism and one I'm sure he is proud of. Ray's pricing was fair, his attention to detail unmatched, and his follow through and customer service, top-notch. Don't think twice-hire Ray and Masters of Crown. You won't regret it! read more

Due to the remolding of our home there were too many people in the house to put in the molding in as scheduled. Ray and his son rescheduled us the next day, which by normal standards is unheard of.
