Another west end favourite for us !!…read more Ooooh, I was nervous walking in !! Two boys & Mama was eating ice cream (Eeep!) Ice cream could spell trouble, but did it ??? No way Jose !! With, ice cream in hand, we were welcomed with smiles and good afternoons. (PHEW) Had the boys also been eating ice cream this may have not been the case. Note: I wouldn't tempt their good natures (haha) We came today specifically to look at books, there's always a great selection here. The staff chatted with the boys, asking them questions with authentic interest. The $5 fill a bag rock station is great !! Enjoy !

I was looking for a specific toy for Christmas and I wasn't able to find it online. I searched and…read moreMastermind came up so I checked out their website but couldn't tell if they had the specific ones I was looking for. I called the store and the person who answered told me they had them in store and if I didn't find the ones I was looking for to ask as they have them in the stockroom as the display won't hold them all. I went in around 8:30 after checking that they closed at 9. They were counting money and likely anxious to close soon as there were no other customers. I asked one of the staff where I could find the toy and she directed me to the display. There were 4 items but they didn't have any others so I gave her the names of the 3 I was looking for. Her and her colleague went to the back to look for them. It didn't take long and they brought out 2 and then continued to look for the third. During this time, I browsed the store. It's larger than I thought and the section seemed organized. The prices are a little higher for items I have seen elsewhere. They also sell candy, smart marketing to entice the children with sweets. But they have some unique items like a stuffed giraffe family. If you are a Three's Company fan, you could get one similar to the one Chrissy bought! They couldn't find the third item but I was happy they took the time to look for it. I paid for the items and since I spent more than $15, I could have bought a voice changer megaphone which I declined. I was offered gift wrapping and gift receipts. I declined the wrapping but for receipts. I appreciated the service at the end of the night and would consider this store for a hard to find children's gift.

I love the surplus of science kits and the smaller handy items like flashcards, pretend money, magnifying glasses, counting tools and more. Literally a huge selection of educational stuff. Lots of parking and they have a customer bathroom. If you haven't been I would highly recommend checking out their upstairs area as well which features lots of their wooden furniture, rugs, and quite a few of their toys you can try as well. This is a spot we always enjoy spending at least an hour at to explore and I love and appreciate that the staff let us wander as we please. I've had several recommendations for great workbooks you can find here. And every year we always order up the caterpillars for hatching painted lady butterflies. A great price for a wonderful and fulfilling life cycle learning experience. If you haven't kids or know kids this is a place you should know about!

If for nothing else, you NEED to come here for lamination services. At $1.25/linear foot it's the cheapest in town and they'll place your items next to each other for maximum value. Be warned that if you bring your kids here, it is dangerous! There are so many, many amazing things here! Upstairs is the school/infant furniture supply area and large items like wood play kitchens, sensory tables, and light tables. See you soon Education Station, see you soon!

I haven't seen anyone write up anything about stores with specifics on Anime, and this should be on…read moreyour radar if you're a fan. If you're looking for a store that has genuine Anime paraphernalia, this may be the store for you. It has a tone of random little bits and pieces, but it also has figures of several different characters from all sorts of anime, such as Naruto, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, and if your lucky there's a chance you'll get some Blue Lock in there as well. (And of course, Hatsune Miku is included.) Imagine+ also has plushies of all random sorts, including but not limited to brain-rot and Roblox. Yes. Literal Roblox. (Funko-pops are everywhere as well.) I've seen some Sonic included merch, and even some Genshin Impact keychains, there is a display section at the back of the store that has a plenty of knickknacks as well. I recommend going in person to evaluate it yourself. It may just be what you were looking for. Customer service wise.... It gets a solid 3.5 stars. Unfortunately, I do not have any images in my camera roll, I'll update this review when I get them.

Hello, what's this?…read more Shopping with my bestie in Phase One of West Edmonton Mall, beside The Bay, and in the spot where I thought I would find a bank or an ATM, stood Imagine +. Toys and gifts? We had to check it out. Especially with the display in front showing a Chewbacca backpack, Call of Duty merchandise and Cards Against Humanity. It promised to be interesting. It's a small, orderly store, and I like the selection. It seems to be a mix of collectables and toys. They have stocking stuffer bits, pieces from Doctor Who, Adventure Time, Lego, and other characters and toys I'm not hip enough to recognize. There are toys for all ages. I saw lego sets, plush toys, Call of Duty toys, Walking Dead paraphernalia, Minecraft, Pokemon, remote control cars and DRONES for sale. There's more, but I was too busy buying a Call of Duty gun for my bestie's boy and considering a drone ($180, I think? Might be less...I thought most of the prices to be pretty reasonable for the merchandise.) for my husband to remember all of it. Plus I was intrigued by the werewolf card game the cashier showed me, where up to 75 people can play at once. I thought the store could stand to have more in it...Having said that, it was easy to walk through and gawk. And who knows? maybe they'll have more as word gets around about them. I'd check them out again.
