I've also taken advantage of the bargain comics which are fifty cents or a dollar each, and come away with some interesting titles. This isn't the right place to head if you are looking for the newest titles in comics. There are also a lot of items you would never expect to find in a store like this, such as statues, armour, and medieval weapons.

With, ice cream in hand, we were welcomed with smiles and good afternoons. (PHEW) Had the boys also been eating ice cream this may have not been the case. Note: I wouldn't tempt their good natures (haha) We came today specifically to look at books, there's always a great selection here. I called the store and the person who answered told me they had them in store and if I didn't find the ones I was looking for to ask as they have them in the stockroom as the display won't hold them all. I went in around 8:30 after checking that they closed at 9. They were counting money and likely anxious to close soon as there were no other customers. I asked one of the staff where I could find the toy and she directed me to the display. There were 4 items but they didn't have any others so I gave her the names of the 3 I was looking for. Her and her colleague went to the back to look for them. It didn't take long and they brought out 2 and then continued to look for the third. During this time, I browsed the store. It's larger than I thought and the section seemed organized. The prices are a little higher for items I have seen elsewhere. They also sell candy, smart marketing to entice the children with sweets. But they have some unique items like a stuffed giraffe family. If you are a Three's Company fan, you could get one similar to the one Chrissy bought! They couldn't find the third item but I was happy they took the time to look for it. I paid for the items and since I spent more than $15, I could have bought a voice changer megaphone which I declined. I was offered gift wrapping and gift receipts. I declined the wrapping but for receipts. I appreciated the service at the end of the night and would consider this store for a hard to find children's gift.

She was a great saleswoman, very knowledgeable, kind & enthusiastic about her work. She noticed my sister and I going to the washroom with my sisters baby so she showed us the nursing room/bathroom designated for families/mothers with children. The area was clean and so much more convenient/comfortable with baby. Props to that girl, she needs a raise! Store was clean & organized. Cashier lady was also super kind! Great job ladies!

This Toys 'R' Us location always feels small to me, but that might just be because it is smaller…read morethan the other location in town I'm more familiar with. That said, in most recent times I've been able to source a lot of good stuff here. On my most recent visit I was very pleased with how other customers were physically distancing despite the more cramped layout than some other locations. Staff were friendly: my cashier was excellent if slow (partially because of pandemic safety measures) and I was quite pleased in general.

They also had Star Wars items which would be great for a fan. The staff are always friendly and willing to help if I need it. The check out was quick and efficient. Had to follow up more than once to see if they actually had plans to ship us our item, and were eventually notified that they're not sending it, but only after hounding them. Were they going to wait until after Christmas to tell us? We could have bought the same thing on sale at the time of purchase elsewhere and now I can't even buy it in time for Christmas. Her work is awesome, and she seems to get it right the first time every time. The studio itself is clean and open - You can see the artists at work from anywhere in the shop. They clearly keep it up to shop standards. One fear many people have with tattoo shops is that they aren't clean, things don't seem sterilized, etc., but this isn't the case with Shades of Grey. What's cool about this shop is it has more than just tattoos and piercings - There is also a giant collection of comic books and collectible toys to browse and purchase. I can't say I've ever been to a shop like this, so it's pretty cool! I will definitely be returning to Shades of Grey very soon!

Their models/action figures are quite pricey. Staff is friendly, parking is extremely cramped even around the building. Haven't checked if they have washrooms but the layout was quite sufficient. You may need to squeeze in-between people while browsing in-store due to the small space inside. But either than that, yup i'd buy board games here. Only problem is the location, exiting can be a hassle if your driving. Recommended for guys with spectacles, or just for browsing.
