Speedyglass got us in first thing in the morning and completed the job in less than the promised time. They repositioned our oil-change sticker and turnpike pass on the new windshield and were exceptionally professional, even trying to save us a few bucks since insurance wasn't covering the new glass. I had a great experience getting my windshield replaced on my Audi Q7. I had originally received a…read morequote to pay with cash from the Safelite website, but then I called my insurance and they set up the appointment for me. When I went in, the cost Safelite told me was over $100 greater than the cash quote I got, and since both were under my deductible I was paying 100% out of pocket either way. They changed the job over to the much cheaper cash quote for me, did the work in about an hour and 45 minutes, cleaned all the windows, and vacuumed the front carpets. Make sure you check the difference between cash and insurance quotes! The windshield was not OEM, but it was made by the same company that provides OEM windshields to both Audi and Mercedes.

I did submit photos of the vehicle prior to my appointment, and when I got to Mars Larry had reviewed the photos and suggested that I only tint the front windows as the others had factory tint. They were friendly and more than happy to tint the windows that needed tinting to match the others. When I picked up my crossover I was beyond impressed! I wish I had more windows to tint because my car looked great! I was given care instructions for the windows and sent on my way to enjoy my freshly tinted windows. His work was great time efficient and looks great we had a rain storm last night just hours after the work was done and had zero water in my car. I again went to the business a few hours ago and had them perform a standard lube, oil filter change on my Outback. They did as requested. They performed other auxiliary services and I have detailed them here. Windows washed. Sorta. They missed 4 windows and left streaks on the others. Vacuumed the interior. As best as they could under the time constraints. Window Sticker (as stated on the receipt) They did not provide a window sticker as stated. Stated they filled the window washer fluid. It was full as I had filled it 30 minutes before. I asked they to check the tire pressure. They said it was ok and noted F32/R30. The standard tire pressure for this vehicle is 35 PSI. I did utilize their $20 off gift card. So this time they get 4/5 stars. I still have another $20 coupon to use.

I'm not going to go into great detail but I won't be returning to this location and these gentlemen should not be getting paid for hanging out and sitting in their cars. Not one car in any of the bays. Nobody was waiting and they were too lazy to actually do all of the inspection and finished out by not vacuuming or cleaning the windshield. When I went into pay they didn't even want to review the inspection results or everything that they did. They just wanted the the payment and before I could even finish paying all three of them were back out the side door sitting in their car. Just a bummer, it used to be so different there! It took less than 10 minutes to complete the inspection and the oil change. I'm not sure if I even got a new oil filter so I'm taking my vehicle elsewhere tomorrow to have it re-looked at to make sure everything's intact and full.
