I am a happy customer!…read more I have an Old vehicle, with very low mileage. There was a noise coming from the rear end of my van. OK I thought it was the rear end and the rear axle may be needed to be rebuilt. My Friend Ross recommended I go in and have these guys look at my vehicle. I'm so glad I did. They opened up the rear differential, found everything fine, looked further and found that my u joints were spent. They quoted me just under $400 to fix both your joints, and put the room back together, with new fluid, and seal it back up. I thought this was a totally fair price for materials and labor. When I got to the shop, courtesy of their driver, I was pleasantly surprised to find the bill at closer to $320. They thanked me for the business and I told them be back shortly with my partner Michelle's vehicle. I recommend the shop for Drive train work Which they did properly, efficiently, a good price, in a professional manner, in a communicative manner and with true respect or even an older vehicle.

The next day i called in the morning and was told they would get to it in the afternoon and would give me a call before they started, afternoon comes around and i end up calling again, low and behold they still haven't looked at it but told me they were gearing up to bring it in and run diagnostics. Was told they would call me back when they finished that. I didn't get a call back, and before I realized it they were closed so I left a a message about how upset I was about it. Never got a call back had to call them again the next day they were open and then told me that the main guy wasn't in and they would have him give me a call, he didn't call and when I tried to call later no one was answering. I WENT IN TO TALK TO THEM AND THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME IT WOULD BE WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT IT.
