This company unfortunately has failed to return any/all phone calls to ASAP Restoration LLC (JOSHUA…read moreRUDIN is the owner) KS was hired by ASAP Restoration LLC to install an air handler. It is undisputed that on or about August 8, 2021 a representative of KS was onsite at the Property installing an air handler when KS's technician negligently damaged the fire sprinkler system causing a several hundred gallon flood. The flood damaged the Property, its contents, and the two units below the Property. Despite the negligent work, KS was paid by ASAP Restoration LLC is full. In the after math of the flood damage, ASAP Restoration LLC is still being contacted by the homeowner(s) legal counsel for reimbursement of damages. These alleged damages are not due to ASAP's negligence, it is solely the negligence of KS. KS's failure to pay the damages or resolve this matter for the Property will result in ASAP filing a suit against KS for the damages that it has caused, and any attorney's fees it incurs in the process.

Initially, I contacted RG's due to a wiring issue arising from a newly installed HVAC unit and…read moreexisting wiring was not up to code. Since the purchase of my home it has been an electrical nightmare... from what appears to be a DIY special. I have had a ton of items on my "wishlist" but live within my means on a modest budget. After the owner quickly responded and came out to resolve my A/C wiring issues and then went the extra mile to improve the performance of the new a/c I was absolutely thrilled. The owner and his staff were punctual, professional, and took pride in their work and completely cleaned up afterwards. I requested an estimate for the additional repairs / improvements needed to my home electrically. He made the necessary notes, measurements, and promptly sent me a written estimate that evening. I went on to replace my breaker box due to the fact that it had several previous broken bus bar pieces. Having been given multiple estimates and feeling like a low priority with other electricians, who either don't show up, provide inaccurate information, I again hired RG's. Because of the owners knowledge and experience he was able to determine that my repair likely met the criteria for a "fast track repair" and bypass weeks long waiting and in fact did. The repair was fast tracked and the seamless coordination between the necessary permits between the city and utility were handled flawlessly by RG's. The power was shut off early in the morning and back on with a new breaker box before noon, just as I was initially advised. Finally, I had RG's install a mini split that would accommodate an addition on my home that was not climate controlled. The owner worked with a HVAC company to ensure that the unit was fully charged and that I met the conditions of professional installation so as not to void my warranty. The owner Rommel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout this process as well and by listening to his suggestions and reasoning for his suggestions as far as placement and opting not to do a multi-zone. I believe that I have ultimately saved money and have a more aesthetically pleasing exterior in addition to the security and peace of mind of a contractor that does not cut corners and recognizes the importance of a job done correctly and safely. Pricing was more than competitive, this company also offered the option to pay via credit card. I recommend this company to anyone who values supporting local businesses, especially those who demand that a job is done well and safely. I cannot say enough positive things about how well I was communicated with throughout the ENTIRE PROCESS of these several projects! A+++
