I got my hair dyed during my visit, it did come out darker than originally talked about, however she was very willing to change it to how I wanted and make sure I was truly happy with my hair before leaving. Samantha was the hairstylist that reached out. I couldn't get in due to circumstances coming up with unknown weekend plans with upcoming weekend off. I got ahold of her this morning and got in with her after going against my better thought of not going back in and well, I'm just gonna say, Samantha got ya girl right! She fixed everything and I am so happy with my hair now. I couldn't be anymore satisfied with my hair as I am right now.

I was trying for a chocolate brown/auburn color, but the red was so deep it ended up a wine color that needed to be toned down significantly. Amber understood what I wanted and gave me exactly that! I also had a lot of root growth that needed coverage, so she let the color sit longer on my roots so the color would process evenly. Her kindness and knowledge allowed me to get up from her chair with a smile. 10/10 recommend!

A couple of days ago, I went in to get a trim, I let someone else do it, regrettably. She had blonde hair and a thick accent. I've been growing my hair for a few years now with regular trims. I told her I just wanted a trim, no more than two inches. This lady cut 5-6 inches off my hair and the next morning, I noticed a long strip of hair that she missed and was longer than the rest, that I had to cut myself to make it even.
