Even the stylist noticed the color looked too "chrome" while blow-drying my hair and asked to retouch it. The next morning, I also found several gray hairs that had not been covered, despite clearly discussing that this was important to me. Unfortunately both times I was offered a "clean up" and recieved the basic Walmart style wax job. I have very light colored eyebrows which are difficult to see and most places have to spend more time to get them right. I also have one eyebrow that is thicker than the other so other places have plucked a few here and there to even them out. I realize this makes me a more difficult wax and therefore I try not to go to Walmart and I spend a little extra at specialty stores. The first time I got a wax they did a clean up job but did nothing above and beyond. My eyebrows weren't bad but they weren't even and considering I drive over 25 miles to get there I wasn't thrilled. I decided to go back almost a year later and this time my clean up has left me with one eyebrow much shorter than the other. I litterally had to go home and pluck a large portion of my other eyebrow just to make it look similar to the other. All in all she waxed a large area in between my brows and took way to much off one side. I was never offered a mirror and was in and out in 5 minutes. I take partial blame for not complaining both times but the second time around there was no point once the hair was gone. I wont be going back and dont recommend the salon unless you have easy eyebrows that only need a "clean up."
