I called in Thursday and got an appointment for Saturday at 2 pm which was confirmed right away via text. Then, I got another text on Saturday at 1:10 pm saying "Linda is free now, can u come in early" so I was there at 1:40 and she started my pedi immediately. The salon is very cozy with 2 chairs for pedicures and 3 nail stations for manicures. There were 2 ladies and a man working there. Linda was amazing. She listened to my requests and did what I asked for. She was also very gentle and her massages were worth every penny. The chair massage was very good too. 1.5 hour and $93 ($3 credit card fee) later, I was on my way. Traveling the country, I've had better and worse pedis and manis... this nail shop's customer service and gel mani/pedi price deserve the 5 stars. I don't think I'll be back to this area any time soon, but highly recommend this nail salon.

There was also a robotic attempt to upsell products after the session, which added to the uncomfortable experience. That is wear I met Megan & other staff & scheduled my appointment. Their system sent reminders & confirmations before my appointment. Day of appointment, arrived & Megan (owner) greeted me & got me checked in & signing all the necessary paperwork work. Then walked into the room & got comfortable on the table. As Megan is prepping she is explaining everything to me, asking if I'm comfortable & advising of the possible discomforts of the process. She did this throughout the process, which made me feel at ease. The process takes about 45 minutes or so, it was about an hour total from arrival to departure. Megan was amazing & friendly. I didn't feel to much discomfort & loved that she did before & after pictures. We talked an about some of the after care during the process but she did go over it again & provided a care kit for me as well. The results were amazing & they are still looking great. I will be returning them to get more services done.

I have had my eyebrows waxed in this salon twice with less than thrilling results. Unfortunately both times I was offered a "clean up" and recieved the basic Walmart style wax job. I have very light colored eyebrows which are difficult to see and most places have to spend more time to get them right. I also have one eyebrow that is thicker than the other so other places have plucked a few here and there to even them out. I realize this makes me a more difficult wax and therefore I try not to go to Walmart and I spend a little extra at specialty stores. The first time I got a wax they did a clean up job but did nothing above and beyond. My eyebrows weren't bad but they weren't even and considering I drive over 25 miles to get there I wasn't thrilled. I decided to go back almost a year later and this time my clean up has left me with one eyebrow much shorter than the other. I litterally had to go home and pluck a large portion of my other eyebrow just to make it look similar to the other. All in all she waxed a large area in between my brows and took way to much off one side. I was never offered a mirror and was in and out in 5 minutes. I take partial blame for not complaining both times but the second time around there was no point once the hair was gone. I wont be going back and dont recommend the salon unless you have easy eyebrows that only need a "clean up."
