Another stylist, Mallorie, who is a wiz with color, cut and style, has joined Shadonna in this "sure to win venture." Eyebrow waxing: I get my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Noel and she does such a great job! I'm suuuuuuper picky about my eyebrows, and Noel makes them look perfect each and every time. Not only is she a skilled brow artist, she's a joy to chat with and always brings positivity into the room. I can't recommend her enough. Nails: I love Robin! What else can I say? After years of uncomfortable and disappointing experiences at chain nail salons, I finally understand why women like getting their nails done. She is rigid about sanitation, uses professional tools, and is a perfectionist with her craft. She really takes time and listens to get what I want from a mani/pedi. Robin even takes time to find the perfect color for our appointments. I never want to go to anyone else. Trust me, book with her.

I went to this salon hoping to lighten my hair, add noticeable highlights, and cover my gray hairs…read more I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and did not leave until 1:00 p.m., so I spent four hours at the salon expecting a result that reflected the time and money invested. Unfortunately, I left looking almost the same as when I arrived. The biggest change was a choppy layered haircut, which was not what I wanted. My highlights came out with a reddish/brassy tone. Even the stylist noticed the color looked too "chrome" while blow-drying my hair and asked to retouch it. The next morning, I also found several gray hairs that had not been covered, despite clearly discussing that this was important to me. I spent a little over $200 and did not receive the color, highlights, gray coverage, or haircut I requested. I am very disappointed with the result.
