Due to health issues I'm no longer able to drive and have to get someone to take me. I call for an appointment when I have a driver. I call to see if she's got an appointment. If she doesn't she'll somehow moves things around to find a time fo me in when I do have a ride and of course She has actually told me she could come pick me up on two different occasions. She is AMAZING!!! I've never had anyone take time out of her schedule to offer to to help me except my wonderful daughter. Lol. She has the kindest heart. She goes above and beyond to help anyone that needs assistance. She pushes her way through her terrible knee pain to take care of her customers and never complains just goes on. I was in getting my hair done one day and an elderly lady was sitting next to me. She was fumbling in her purse and got out a book and going through all the worn and tattered pages. Trixie ask if she needed any help and the lady said she was looking for the number to call for her ride but couldn't find the number Trixie pulled her phone out and ask the lady if she wanted her to call and she gave Trixie the book. She found it and called her ride. Trixie told her she could just sit there until they got there. I later found out she had picked this lady up for her appointments and had taken her get her manicure afterwards. That is one example of Trixie's kindness and empathy for others, all done without asking or expecting anything in return.She makes me feel like not only a client but as someone who really cares like a friend would.
