Boy oh boy Hair Tech in Elizabethtown, I hairstylist if that's what you want to call her totally messed my color up. I had said brown brunette with a few highlights maybe 5 STRIPS YOU SEE EACH STRIP, FOIL IS 4 dollars. You can I had ask my hair have no red tints I do not like that. Then to cut back of my hair off about 3 inches mind you it was past my bra strap. Well when done she had cut my hair to shoulders I didn't mind I wanted whole different look. I Well!!! When she said she was done my hair was dark red and left side of my haircut had chunks out the other was not touched to even try and match. Boy! Good job thing to. I Kelly tall very short haired lady to very left booth said come back she'd fix it snd charged me 125.00 for my daughter's cut that was also messed up but afraid to be a rude. Plus I gave her 20 tip because she agreed to do it over. I warn all women do not sit in her chair. She I went back after walking around with this rddiculous cut for a week and she came at me with finger at me asking if I had called her place to of employment and complained, but I did I complain on square which I have no idea what it is and said no I only asked for itemized reciept see that's all I remembered I was still wondering what square is and still am. I had owner if I knew his name it would be here, but I another hairstylist all telling me to leave I said no I'm here to have my hair fixxed she said are you sure on drugs in front another older gentlemen who was getting hair cut. So basically I would not trust that he'd whacked. I Oh yes she denied me her card, I her boss lied for her said no she has none and she said we're going to call the police. I said go ahead. I I might have lost 125 but that woman is after I put picture of my hair on here won't rip anyone else off because she's to lazy or has the morals of an ass. It is Basically, 35 I just those women who want to get what they pay for to never see Kelly at first booth to left when you walk in. I I believed she realized when she screwed color, she was and cut up she was tired and made false promise to me to come back in a whole other week. That upset me to and shed fix it. I Another thing she's supposed to ask how many foils in hair I wanted like 5 she gave me at least 9 at 4 a piece, and I never ask to wash my hair I'm sure she charged me for, and I then and the worse happened she disfigured my hair. I when I went in it was below bras trap now its WHACKED!!! I HAVE NO IDEA BUT TO GET BAIR ALL CUT SHORT. I rewrote this to let you ladies know because I asked for an itemized bill when I returned there were 4 people in lobby sit in place waiting, but I the owner, and another hairstylist, was and KELLY MY WONDERFUL HAIRSTYLIST WAITING TO DEDYE ME MY CORRECTION OR GIVE MONEY BACK. You want to know when I wanted answers if she was going to correct it, but I I was threatened by police by other man, the owner to call the law I told them go ahead but what got me was the KELLY WHO COMPLETELY RUINED MY hair when I flustard and confused had enough nerve to ask me if I was on drugs. I I said that's it I have those two as witnesses you kndusted I was on drugs and the owner said aww!!! That could be a Tylenol or something tried to cover for this lady. They kept threatening to call police and I was going to get no answers except threats. This should have been between me and her but ended up 3 against me. We will ZITS HARD TO COME BY MONEY TO HAND OVER FOR A SERVICE AND NOT GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR. COME ON LADIES!!! If you don't get a service you paid good money for take them to court after if they won't refund you.
