Drybar gets started as early as 8a. Check in is prompt and my stylist came out quickly. I confirmed I wanted my hair to be straightened and also wanted to try a Liquid Glass treatment for additional shine. The shampoo area was fairly busy; however, plenty of space between me and the person in the next chair. Fairly basic shampoo, conditioner and application of treatment. The drying and straightening of my hair fell into the promised time. I was offered coffee, tea, or water. The chair wasn't super comfortable - maybe I'm made too short to fit it well, but the backside only hit me mid-back. Overall, my hair feels cleans and it's straight, but is still holding a lot of volume. This is the second experience at Drybar where I've come home to flat iron my hair. I also don't notice a difference in my hair from the treatment, which was an additional $15. My stylist was friendly and I appreciated having a quiet morning flipping through a magazine and my phone. BUT ... Overall though, Drybar prices have increased in a way that doesn't match the experience. $75 plus tip?! Nope. I could go to my hair stylist for a cut and walk out with the same dried look. Unless I get an unexpected gift card to Drybar, I don't believe I'll be back for services.

I'm greeted with a smile every time I walk in and am comfy everywhere from the waiting area to the styling chair. I see Jasmine for my haircuts and she is a ray of sunshine. She is so sweet, attentive, and talented at what she does. Every time I come in, I feel 100% with the haircut and how she styles my hair. The products smell amazing! One additional thing I love about TRIM Nulu is their online scheduling system. It is so simple to book appointments through.

Appointment day, I was a couple mins late due but texted her to let her know and she was nice about it. Once I got there, she got too. Reaffirmed the look we talked about and got to combing my hair. Then she got the dye ready to go and started painting. Once the color, was on and we waiting on the timer. She was cleaning up and getting ready for cutting and styling. We talked about a lot of things, during this time and talked about doing my hair for an event. After washing, we also talked about shampoo and products. She noticed some things with me hair and gave me some suggestions. Once dried, she got to cutting and shaping. She knew what she was doing. She styled it beautifully and gave me tips on how to style. She did a great job and now i have texture and my fade is on point. I am picky about my hair because there is little room to mess up.
